This is an inspiring 40-minute sunrise yoga practice, followed by a 20-minute meditation, as outlined below: 5:45 a.m. – meet at meeting point 5:50 a.m. – walk approximately 3-5 minutes to practice location on the beach 5:50-6:00 a.m. - set up for practice 6:00-6:40 a.m. – yoga flow for all levels 6:40-7:00 a.m. – meditation & unique intention-setting task The empowering flow for all levels takes place on the soft sands of Sanur Beach at sunrise, when sleepy Sanur wakes up looking her most stunning, bold, and beautiful. The practice is sealed with a powerful promise ritual where you’ll compose a postcard to yourself.
