Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg or 21 stone) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.

The total combined passenger weight (including pilot) cannot exceed 1170lbs (530kg)

There is a maximum capacity of seven (7) people per helicopter, plus your pilot.

Per FAA regulations, all passengers 18 years and older will be required to show photo ID such as a driver's license or passport at the time of check-in.

Due to uneven terrain at the Grand Canyon, wheelchairs are not able to be accommodated.

Highly recommend giving this a try. Great way to experience a helicopter ride. So much more comfortable than taking a coach, and the Grand Canyon was breathtaking.

Visited last Vegas for the first time and was always a dream to visit the Grand Canyon. Our pilot was exceptionally professional. He explained everything and answered all questions asked. Gave tips on what to video and where the best places are to take photos. I would highly recommend giving this tour a go.
Would give 6 stars if I could.

Helicopters are very quiet. They seat 7 people in addition to the pilot. It's 45 min out to the landing spot -- where its very quiet and tranquil. They land on the bare ground deep in the Grand Canyon. There are no structures or bathroom facilities. Interesting rock formations and cacti all around. Pilot was great, answering questions but otherwise just letting us take it in. You fly over Hoover Dam and Lake Mead on the way there -- but most of the experience is about the beauty of the Grand Canyon.
