Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg or 21 stone) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.

The total combined passenger weight (including pilot) cannot exceed 1170lbs (530kg)

There is a maximum capacity of seven (7) people per helicopter, plus your pilot.

Per FAA regulations, all passengers 18 years and older will be required to show photo ID such as a driver's license or passport at the time of check-in.

Due to uneven terrain at the Grand Canyon, wheelchairs are not able to be accommodated.

One of the most memorable experiences I’ve had with my wife was when we went on that trip together. It was an absolute blast! The flight and views in the helicopter were amazing. However the stop for champagne and snacks was the most underwhelming thing I've ever experienced. Champagne in a little plastic cup not offered a refill and packets of pretzels or nuts!!! I expected at least a plastic champagne glass and something more thoughtfully than a packet of pretzels. The time we got gor our champagne and snavjs was also very rushed. A couple of photos and were wete getting yold to drink up!!! For the £1300 it cost I expected a little more finess and definitely a bit more thought in to the whole experience. Very disappointed. The extra you oay for the extras is definitely not worth it just go for the cheaper options.

Thank you Ryan for an amazing flight. Maverick Helicopters is the way to go they pick you up from your hotel in Party Bus Sprinter and are waiting for you when your Helicopter tour is over. It was amazing.
