This was a great experience. Beautiful weather and scenery. Ryan was an excellent guide and we learned a lot about the local plants and their uses as food and medicine. We had fun trying to start fires using survival techniques. Be prepared to try new "foods". The trail was relatively easy with lots of boardwalks and level ground. But, be prepared for quite a few rocks and roots as well.

Highly recommend the survival hike, Ryan was a great guide and very knowledgeable on the local flora and fauna. What a great way to see the other side of Stockholm.

My favorite part of the hike was to learn so many things about the nature that I had no clue about! Like what different plants can be used for, how to read nature to find south and north and what different signs can tell you about what the weather is going to be like. The nature was amazing and the instructor had a lot of knowledge.
