What To Expect
This winery tour of the Swan Valley truly does take in all the region has to offer. You will experience both family run vineyards, where the owners are happy to share their wine making techniques, through to the large well known wineries. Sample a gourmet cheese board with local cheeses at Lancaster Wines whist sitting amongst the vines enjoying their extensive selection of premium wines and fortifies. Enjoy a gourmet vineyard platter lunch and a glass of wine at the very popular Sittella Wines or the rustic charms of Edgecombe Wines. Both venues offer an exceptional range of their own wines, a gallery with local produce and crafts to browse through. At one of the many boutique breweries in the Valley relax with a beer, tea or coffee but the day is still holds a wonderful experience at the Proviodore sampling jams, chutneys etc made with local produce and than indulge in handmade chocolates and truffles at the Chocolate Company.

5.00On Sunday, May 3rd, 2026 my friend and I went on the Full Day of Indulgence Wine experience Tour with Out & About Wine Tours. What a fantastic day it was. We visited 3 wineries, a micro beer company and the Margaret River Chocolate Factory. After many (many) wine tastings, beer tasting, chocolate tasting, cheese platters and a delicious lunch, my friend and I both agreed that this was the best wine tasting trip we have ever had, and believe me, we’ve done quite a few. 18 people on our coach and our driver, Claude, remembered each and everyone’s name. We had Italians, Irish, Indian, Kiwi, Japanese and Aussies on the coach. Some names were very hard to pronounce, but Claude remembered them all. I would recommend this company for any wine tour and ask for Claude to be your driver. We had the best day, so much fun. Thank you so much Claude, you’re a legend.

5.00Went on the full day wine tour with friends for my birthday. Had the best time! Our driver, Claude, was such fun and kept us laughing all day. We had a group of 14 of the best people who all got on so well together. I liked that we visited mainstream and boutique wineries run by families who were very knowledgeable and had great priced wines. Lunch was excellent and just when you think you can't fit anymore in, there's the visit to the chocolate factory. Would thoroughly recommend this tour and would love to do it again.

5.00We were on a visit to our daughter in Perth and she decided to treat us to a wine tour in Swan valley. From the second Claude picked us up to the second he dropped us off he knew all our names and remembered us all. The tour was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I’d recommend taking this tour with Claude it was an excellent day out. It was a selection of cheese, wine and chocolates. Well worth a day out.

5.00We had the most amazing day with Claude from Out & About Wine Tours. From the moment we hopped on the bus, Claude had us laughing like we’d accidentally booked a comedy show instead of a wine tour. Honestly, I’m convinced he missed his calling. The wineries were fantastic, the wines were delicious and we met some truly fabulous people along the way. The whole day had that perfect mix of fun, relaxation and “I could definitely get used to this lifestyle.” Exactly the downtime hubby and I needed. Sunshine, great company, incredible wine and Claude keeping the vibes high from start to finish. If you’re thinking about booking, do it. If Claude is your guide, prepare your cheeks… from all the laughing and awesome banter. 🍷🤣 Oh and Paul says LCFC all the way mate! ⚽️
