  We made a special trip to visit because it piqued my interest. Our family of three was all wowed and truly loved our visit. The underground structure was fascinating, and the exhibits were creative and beautiful. It was a ton of fun.

  It’s modern “art” and I didn’t like it at all. Also the “brilliant” are all trout, it is polished glass in some rare way to shine and simulate, obviously they do not explain it to you. I found out on my own as the prices are low to be real shiny but EXPENSIVE to be glass rings/chains/etc only has a gold plating

  CONCLUSION: To 2. Been disappointed once. Specifically: Entrance completely over-board for - illuminated chunks of glass standing around somewhere, dangling from the wall or otherwise processed, - the pieces of glass worked in dresses of actresses or at show divas as dress - the snow grotto or what else it should be (you are better served on every glacier). Not to forget the huge salesroom, where the money is or will be pulled out of the guest's pocket. Again: simply not recommended - and therefore there are no photos. I don't do "advertising" for that.

  Were with our 8 year old daughter. Unfortunately, I suffered from some kind of athritis, so we needed an alternative instead of piste. Online, including an audio guide for morning booking without any problems. Unfortunately, the pain in the morning was so severe that we called briefly and the nice lady on the phone confirmed to us that we can both come later, or borrow a wheelchair at the cash desk. She even sent the whole thing nicely by mail 🙏 Arriving at the cash desk everything worked out as advertised. We were lucky and there was little going on that day and we thought it was fantastic. Great worlds, lots of art and a really great facility with very nice, helpful staff. It was really worth it and with the audio guide the little one was also well busy and then explained everything to us.

  beautiful place, very organized. The tour of the site was interesting and a completely new thing for us. Also the petiolo area (Torre) perfect even if it was a day with sleet. Very kind and competent staff. We also purchased merchandise at the store. We will return in summer to visit the outdoor park as well.

  Great kind of performance in which you are amuzed by the sparkle beauty of the crystal world. The selection of crystal figures is wonderful. After you spend a few hours enjoying the museum you have the chance to have a cup of tee in the caffereria and also buy some jewellery for yourself

  Fabulous displays both inside and out in the snow. Something for all ages to see and do. Would totally recommend as a place to visit.
