Specialising in Swim with Whale Shark Tours, 3 Islands Whale Shark Dive operate full-day snorkel tours between mid-March and mid-August. With courtesy bus transfers departing from Exmouth at 7.15am, and returning at 4.30pm.

5.00We had the pleasure of going on the whale shark tour with the Seafari crew. The team were so friendly and professional, even the vibes on the bus were great. The crew were super enthusiastic, knowledgeable and you can tell that they really care for the creatures, the area and enjoy their jobs. They were safety forward, the briefing was accessible and fun enough that we remembered it all! We entered the water in two groups of ten so it wasn't crowded. We got five dives with the whale shark and two reef snorkels. The crew ensured there were lots of photo opportunities for everyone, no matter their abilities. Molly even jumped in to photograph an ornate eagle ray on the way. I would encourage people not to bring cameras. I felt that the cameras spurred people to swim too close to the whale shark, looking through the lens instead of at the guides or the animal and pushing through people. Molly's photos are unbelievable, let her do what she's best at so you can enjoy the experience! I cannot recommend the 3 Islands experience enough, a highlight of our lap of Aus.

5.00Totally unbelievable experience - like no other. I was a bit half-hearted about signing up but the family keen. Afterwards, it seemed that I was the most profoundly affected by these majestic creatures. Seeing the whale sharks was just magnificent - I just wasnt expecting them to be so beautiful. Time just stood still when they appeared. The company were just fantastic and everything was run with almost military attention to detail and organisation whilst also being super friendly and relaxed. The staff were super knowledgeable and briefings were entertaining as well as informative. Then, because the in-water experiences were so well organised the whole day was just magic. NOTE: We did a different snorkelling tour with another company a few days later and the organisational contrast could not have been greater. Made us appreciate this day with this company and its superb boat even more.
A truly unforgettable experience.

5.00Everything was perfect- Experienced professional crew. Delicious food and plenty of it. Top quality gear. Attention to safety. The whale sharks!!!! We had four swims and I was a little unsure about being able to keep up with the swimming, but Niamh was wonderful! She kept a close eye on me and made sure I had an excellent experience, which I did!

5.00We went out with Drawcard all female crew on 14 May. I can’t speak highly enough of Three Islands and their crew. From pick up at our accomodation to drop off the whole day was fantastic. I would highly recommend that you book with them, you won’t be disappointed. Hopefully I get the chance to go again.

5.00We saw 3 whalesharks, had about 7 swims including a long one where the shark kept circling between two groups in the water. He swam slowly and at one stage came up close to us and looked me right in the eye. Amazing isn’t strong enough to describe that experience. The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. The photos great and the food was good too. 22 out of 10 stars!

5.00Best day ever. Saw 3 x whale sharks and manta rays. The crew were fantastic, sorry, i cant remember all your names but thanks to AJ for taking the photos, and Molly & Hannah for being very entertaining with their safety briefings. Interacted with all the crew though, they had the best attitudes and took care of everyone so well. Boat was clean, food was great and seeing whale sharks was a bucket list item, so we are very happy. Highly recommend this company to anyone. Great day out! Thank you!
