5.00We had a wonderful experience with Eric, a truly professional and passionate Tai Chi instructor, during our session at the Temple of Heaven garden in Beijing. Eric was incredibly informative and generous with his knowledge. He explained the fundamentals of chi, yin and yang, and the historical background of Tai Chi in a way that was easy to understand and deeply engaging. Even though we were complete beginners, he gave us a genuine insight into the philosophy and practice of Tai Chi, not just the movements. He was very kind, patient, and attentive throughout the session, making us feel comfortable and welcomed from the very first moment. My wife absolutely loved the experience, and the small souvenir we received at the end was a thoughtful touch that made the memory even more special. A truly enriching experience in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended to anyone interested in Tai Chi, whether you are a beginner or simply curious to learn more.

5.00This experience is a MUST when traveling to Beijing. We met at the East gate of Temple of Heaven, then we bought entrance tickets and went to the park. The weather was absolutly wonderful and park was full of people excercising. We started with some basic movements and then were introduced to the history of Thai Chi. It was very informative and gave us a lot of insight on Chinese culture as well. The class went by so fast as we had a great teacher and it was very enjoyable.

5.00Liu ist a very experienced Tai chi instructor. Besides showing us basic movements he gave us a lot of advices. Talking to him was quite pleasant. We learned a lot about people and country. We would like to recommend liu for anyone who wants to learn tai chi from the begining to the advanced level.

5.00Great one-class experience with Eric Liu, a well of tai-chi wisdom and technics. He was patiente and gentle and demonstrate us a little bit of the qi-gong /tai-chi power.
