GREAT VIEWS ON LEVEL 89 BUT DON'T BOTHER WITH LEVEL 101 WHILE CLOUDWALK UNAVAILABLE

3.00Going to level 101 at the moment is a waste of time and money as the actual cloud walk is undergoing repair. This was not advised when I bought my tickets online. Those that bought tickets at the counter were probably advised as there were considerably less people on level 101. Just go to levels 89 and then 88. Level 89 has great views all around and an interesting exhibit of puppetry. Level 88 has the huge counterbalance weight to assist support the building in high winds. While they have a lot of space to look around on level 89 and a few eateries and the gift shop, there should be more seating places. I had some vouchers for discounts at some of the food areas, but only one had very limited seating. Strange that level 101 had lots of seating but no food options here; I presume that you could have bought something on 89 and take it up, but this was not explained at the ticket counter.

1.00Absolutely terrible experience. Booked a 4pm visit to the tower (with multiple screenshots), but when I showed up at the reception desk, I was told there was no 4pm tour experience—only 3pm. I was told I would receive a refund for my $150 but have not received it. Please be careful giving this company your money. Absolutely terrible customer service and experience.

5.004:00 p.m. best time for the 101 floor. Nicely decorated. View in all 4 cardinal directions BEFORE the crowds that come to sunset. We were able to do that well in the 89th. See floor. 😄
