When your cruise ship arrives at the Keelung cruise port, approximately 16 miles (26 km) from Taipei, you'll be greeted by your professional driver and escorted to your private vehicle. With your luggage taken care of, all you need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy comfortable private transportation to your accommodation in Taipei City. 5.00Excellent overall Chiao-Chiao our tour guide is was amazing We saw everything on our list and more She was very knowledgeable on the sites we went to. There were particular items for our family we wanted to buy, Chiao-Chiao found all of the items. My wife has a disability, our tour guide was aware of it, adjusting our tour as needed. I would definitely recommend Chiao-Chiao for this tour.

5.00Wonderful experience, no waiting and personal service. As soon as we left the customs area with our luggage, we found the wall displaying our name and viator reservation. Met the representative which promptly got us to our waiting minivan. All our luggage fit and entire process was less than five minutes.

4.00The transfer was fine and we successfully made it to our hotel in a clean and comfortable van. Initially limited contact from company and expecting to see our name on a board at the port this was not the case. Eventually a representative from the tour company meeting other guests assisted us and advised that our driver had broken down on the highway and would be about 1 hour. He contacted the company seeking information which was greatly appreciated, so thanks to him (I didn't get his name). Once I contacted the tour operator through TripAdvisor app, we received prompt responses and a replacement driver was sent. So after an initial setback company dealt with situation to our satisfaction.

4.00Great customer service. The person who met us at the terminal was very helpful and friendly. We arrived at the port early way before the pick up time but she was able to contact the driver for early pick up so we didn't have to wait for a long time. The driver of the van was great. We arrived at the hotel safely. Overall experience was great 👍🏼.

How the changing of the guard routine went so he could position us in all the right spots. And how he found the best food spot for lunch and the right tea vendor for my wife you loves tea.
