4.00Great customer service. The person who met us at the terminal was very helpful and friendly. We arrived at the port early way before the pick up time but she was able to contact the driver for early pick up so we didn't have to wait for a long time. The driver of the van was great. We arrived at the hotel safely. Overall experience was great 👍🏼.

How the changing of the guard routine went so he could position us in all the right spots. And how he found the best food spot for lunch and the right tea vendor for my wife you loves tea. 1.00No one at port to greet us. We waited for over an hour waiting for contact. Finally after several texts and calls, vendor apologized that they were overwhelmed with guests from cruise ship. They returned full fair for non-performance. This was planned months in advance because it was advertised that book early and not get caught up in chaos that occurs at cruise port on debarkation. Instead we watched the chaos of most of the 2,500 passengers get settled with there transportation needs before 3rd party transport company sorted our transportation
