When booking, please provide the following information: 1, date and time & flight number. 2, number of people and luggage. 3, by address or hotel name. 4, contact the phone. Based on the address of your stay, please select the correct price option. (Failure to choose the right option may result in additional costs) A: Taipei City and New North B: North Bank District, Moon Mountain District, South Harbour District, Inner Lake District, Waterfall District, New Store District, Deep Dome District, Freshwater District C: Yang Ming Mountains National Park (Northeast Corner districts, Tianhe) Vehicles used: Toyota Camry 2.0 or equivalent (1 to 3 people) Volkswagen T - 5 or equivalent (4 to 7 people) Waiting time: 1.5 hours after landing. If you do not show up after 1.5 hours of waiting, the reservation will be deemed "not checked in". (No chargeback here) Baggage restrictions: WISH Truck: Up to 28 inches 3 pieces (or 20 inches 5 pieces) 8 and 9 seats: up to 6 luggage bags (or 28 and 3 bags + 20 and 3 bags) The pickup staff will take you up at the entrance hall and guide you to the bus. 1.00Don’t book, the company XC tours didn’t turn up and we had to get a taxi from airport to hotel in Taipei centre.
Very good drivers &cars but don’t speak much English. There’s a person that wait at the airport with our name .

5.00Request for a bigger car if you have 4 or more suitcases otherwise they won’t fit. Very good communicator and they text days before arrival to make sure everything will go smoothly.

The driver was on time very helpful, professional and communicated to us upon arrival with a meet and greet sign. Helped us with eSIM and provided travel tips. Car was really clean and comfortable.
