4.00The staff was welcoming and professional. Our original reservation had to be rescheduled due to the weather and we were contacted promptly. It was cool outside, so we did not take advantage of the top deck. The scenery was beautiful and the captain provided some historical background. There were snacks and drinks for sale. My kids enjoyed it and we saw dolphins!

2.00When we booked online the place in St Augustine FL that looked like a good fit! Good location, good price and pet friendly. But after all of the add on fees, cleaning etc. it was more than a Hilton! Plus we had to submit a photo ID and complete a questionnaire, was continuedly getting E mails about other info needed. The unit turned out to be a basement unit slapped together with paper thin walls, poor parking and no place to run the dog. This was not the first Verbo that let us down. No more VERBO's for us .
3rd time in St Augustine and learned more.

5.00We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise on the Liberty III. The captain is a 3rd Generation St, Augustine and so knowledgeable. He had great stories and advice. The weather was beautiful and the city shined watching it from the water.

5.00Beautiful day on the water relaxing in the upper deck with a split of champagne taking in the beautiful St Augustine. Great trip and excellent value! We loved it!
