Tunco Life tour agency

Most of the time we start our tours in our office located in El Tunco beach, however, if you are not in the area, free pick up is available in La Libertad area or in San Salvador city.

Tamanique Waterfalls

We drive for about 25 minutes to get to the beautiful town of Tamanique, from here we start the hike downhills. 20 minutes later we find the very first waterfalls and start jumping/swimming.

The waterfalls were amazing and so were the pics. I fully enjoyed Pablo’s tour and I would definitely do another tour with Tunco Life!

Pablo was a great guide through the national park. He was very helpful friendly and knowledgeable though out the whole experience. He made sure everyone was okay and enjoying themselves. Pablo also had a helper Freddy who was great as well. I would definitely recommend him on your next trip. Thank you again.

Great guide, great hike, great waterfalls. Definitly reccomend if you’re in the area on vacation. Only about 45 minutes to get down and 1:15 to get back

Amazing tour! Waterfalls were a blast to jump and swim in. Not too cold either! Our guide Pablo was fantastic, very friendly and personable.

Great trip, great guide! The waterfalls are very pretty and worth visiting! Pablo is a great guide, very friendly and funny. He is patient and shows exactly where to be and what you can do while being at the waterfalls so everyone feels very safe! During the small hike he had interesting thing s to tell about the nature (trees, animals, rocks). I would love to go again!

The guide was awesome, super friendly. There was a bit of cliff diving (~3 meters) which was absolutely amazing. The waterfalls were impressive and the hike was beautiful as well.

Our guide Salva was so knowledgeable and friendly. He incorporated historical and cultural context to our tamanique hike which I appreciate a lot. He provided the tour clients opportunities for pictures and told them the best places for them I would definitely recommend anything this hike and tour company I will definitely be back

I’m so glad I took this opportunity! The trek to the falls through a part of the El Salvador countryside was beautiful, the hiking just challenging enough and falls gorgeous. Our guides, Salva and Harry were fantastic and our group of 17 so much fun. It was great to meet people from all over and hear about their travel experiences. I recommend this to everyone.

The trip to Tamanique Falls with this tour group/agency is a must-do!! Salva, my tour guide, was extremely friendly and kept the atmosphere fun. He was attentive to all in the tour . He was knowledgeable about the region and history and was able to learn new things during the hike. The waterfalls were beautiful and pictures/videos don’t do It justice. Really happy I was able to be apart of this experience and would definitely recommend!!
