VISITE DE PATRIMOINE JUIF DE TANGER

Cette visite du patrimoine juif de Tanger commence à travers différents quartiers de la ville

Une promenade le long de la rue principale, le quartier français ou se trouve la Synagogue:shaar Rafael,puis le quartier espagnol et américain jusqu'au arrivée a l,ancienne colonie britannique

On continue notre promenade jusqu'au Cap Spartel, où la Méditerranée et l'océan Atlantique se rencontrent et le point de séparation de l'Afrique et de l'Europe puis une promenade à dos chameaux :optionnel

Après nous revenons à la partie la plus excitante; la médina pour une visite culturelle qui commence par les marchés colorés: Gran Socco ( marché aux légumes, fruits, épices ,viandes et poissons)

Ensuite nous promenons dans les rues étroites jusqu’à la section juive ou se trouve les synagogues, Assayag, Rebbi Aquiba,Moshe Nahon ,par suite on se dirigera vers la Cimetière juif (beit hahayim),légation américaine et petite Socco

    This by far the best tour we have ever taken. We got a History lesson on Moroccan culture and Jewish Moroccan history. Hamid lead an amazing tour in comfortable Mercedes Van. Incredible, would recommend for everyone.

    We did the Jewish History Tour with Hamid in Tangier and could not be more pleased. Hamid is an expert in the Jewish history, and we learned so much. He took us to all the remaining synagogues and Jewish cemetery and showed us so much more than other passengers from our ship’s excursions got to see. He even showed us the house where Mick Jagger lived for awhile. Hamid knew the answers to all our many questions. He is an absolute delight and we highly recommend him for all things Tangier. Also, we promptly communicated with us before the tour and was punctual on picking us up and making sure we were back at the cruise port terminal at the time we needed to be.

    Hamid was an excellent guide. He showed us all of Tangiers with great knowledge of the city. We were able to see all parts of the city and were greatly impressed with his knowledge. We were able to see the caves with a different guide that Hamid arranged for. We were also able to see various synagogues dating back hundreds of years.

    We had a wonderful day with Hamid in beautiful Tangier. Hamid is a very experienced guide and he shared many interesting details of each place we visited. We enjoyed visiting the beautiful synagogues and Jewish cemetery which are well preserved. Hamid customized our tour for my husband who is a photographer so that he could capture many unique views of the city. We would highly recommend hiring Hamid to show you this amazing place.
