6 wines to learn how to taste, apply sensory analysis, understand viticulture, winemaking, food and wine pairings, etc. All the key points of wine are addressed in a relaxed atmosphere. This workshop is made for wine lovers who want to discover the basics of Burgundy.

5.00I loved this tasting! Matt is very knowledgeable and passionate, but is also able to make the experience fun, and the world of wine seems less intimidating with him. I'm way more knowledgeable about wine and about food & wine pairing than I was before the workshop.

5.00It was a wonderful experience with a very entertaining Sommelier that has a different and modern approach. He Is not looking for you to taste what he wants you to taste, but instead gives you the right guidance to explore your wine. Very knowledgeable guy. We have done many wine tasting and this was one of the more funnier ones without loosing the focus of explaining the wines of the Bourgogne.

5.00Matthieu was charming and personable and gave us a wonderful class, taking us through the nuances of wine tasting, He has great knowledge and was able to relate this to us to allow us to maximise our enjoyment of the wines. He even had awareness of our native Australian wines and showed an interest in our local wineries, Highly recommended.

5.00Would definitely recommend this tasting to anyone. In a cozy but impressive cellar, Matthieu gave us a great experience. As beginners, Matthieu was very patient and gave us a detailed lesson on tasting Burgundy wines, as well as the region and its history. We left with good knowledge of Burgundy wines, the main flavour profiles to look out for, and even some food pairings. Thank you Matthieu!

5.00We were lucky enough to have just us for the tasting. Matthew was extremely knowledgeable and very warm and friendly. The well stocked cellar had an amazing atmosphere and was a welcomed relief from the heat! The 6 tastings were of excellent and surprising wines. Highly recommend this and would happily do it again!
