Join us for a unique and thrilling experience on a V8 Chevrolet trike as we explore the beautiful Bay of Plenty. Designed and built in New Zealand, our awesome trikes are powered by 5700cc Chevrolet motors. It’s the ultimate in power and excitement. With a low centre of gravity, our trikes provide a smooth ride with an impressive grip around corners.
Suitable for ages 2+ and all abilities including disabled.
Registered as a car with NZTA and not a motorbike therefore seatbelts are compulsory not helmets.
Suitable for age 2+ and all abilities, special needs, disabled or those with mobility issues.
Note: price is per vehicle not per person so a max of 4 people can take the tour.

5.00This is, by far, THE BEST tour we have done this holiday. The roar of these machines got this old rev heads blood pumping. Wind in the face, the power of the trike, the rumble of the engine, all adding to the adrenalin. Our 'driver' Alan was fantastic, and has a great sense of humour. Alan is very informative, and very knowledgeable. I particually liked the narrative of the early Moari, and the 1st 'Pakeha' in the district. And being an ex-pat Kiwi, I still learnt a lot. If you are in Tauranga/Mt. Maunganui, this V8 Trike tour is a must do. (Do the tour to the top of the mountain with panaramic ocean views). Although the price is on the high end, it is worth every cent. We can not honestly rate this tour high enough.

5.00⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We did the one-hour fast tour and it was perfect for our short cruise stop. Our driver was informative and awesome, and we managed to see so much in a short time before needing to be back at the ship. The views were stunning and we got some amazing photos along the way. Highly recommend!

5.00A+, these guys know what it's about, great customer service, bikes are immaculately presented, great operators, the drive on the Trike was great, great running commentary of the area, stopped at places of interest, and he gave the bike a bit to! all in all great operators, give them a go, you won't be disappointed,

5.00We stepped off the ship, not knowing what to do or see that day. At the end of the pier we saw a sign, for a V8 motorcycle ride. We knew immediately what we were going to do. We’ve always wanted to have a ride. Both of us were 78, game for anything. We had the 90 tour. We were not disappointed. Great tour people, we had the owners son take us. He was a pilot in the NZ airforce, home on leave. Would we do it again, YES, in a heartbeat.

5.00Best 2 hour excursion we have been on. Nigel’s commentary was really good and the scenery was great. He obviously loves showing Tauranga to visitors and pointing out spots to visit if we had time later. Shame the time seemed to go too fast. Was impressed with contact the night before our booking offering a couple of other options if the weather was still bad but fortunately weather turned out great.
