We had a large group and experienced air travel disruptions, but Ray went above and beyond to take care of us. He was so friendly and shared great tips for us to really enjoy our time in Puerto Rico. 3.00Well the driver was great however I had to message the service because nobody had contacted us by the time we were supposed to be picked up. When I did get a call they said they would send a local driver that took about 45 minutes to arrive. Luckily we didn't have a time we needed to be anywhere so it was OK. The driver was very nice, perfectionist and a safe driver so that part was great. Would recommend with caution if you need to be somewhere on time maybe not the best choice

5.00We used this service from the San Juan airport to the Ceiba Ferry and a few days later back from Ceiba to San Juan. Both drivers were EXCELLENT! They were safe and courteous. Their communication ahead of time was excellent and they were very accommodating. Highly recommend!!
