5.00They seemed unprepared for our reservation to start but rebounded with excellent responsiveness and exceptional service. They will pick you up from the Ceiba terminal directly. There is no reason to take any additional shuttle service, however they may not use the same vehicle as pictured (as of Nov 2025, the picture is a mini van, but we were picked up in a Honda CRV with Luis, our driver)
