Nick was a great guide. We went on a Sunday, so unfortunately we were not able to enter the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, which was disappointing. The honey seemed good quality (we were scammed on another tour) so if you want to buy honey then this would be a good place. Head scarves weren’t provided at Jvari Monastery, so recommend you take your own. Also note the itinerary stated, at the time of booking, that the meeting time was 08:45am but on the reminder we received, we were asked to meet at 08:30am for a 09:00am start. We arrived at 08:45am and were one of the first people to arrive.

Was such a great experience and a really well timed trip. The Chronicles of Georgia were even better than I had imagined. Shota (Nick) was a great guide who went really in depth in history. Would recommend to not go on a Sunday, however, as it is a holy day. A warm and fun trip, would recommend ! :)

Excellent trip. Our guide, Maryam was entertaining and accommodating and very helpful, especially for those who wanted to shop! The view from the monastery is superb, along with the church in Mtskheva, they were the unexpected highlights of the trip. We got to the monastery just before huge tour buses arrived. Mtskheva town is very pretty and the church there still has a lot of character and a good vibe, despite being very busy with tourists too. The snacks and wine tasting were fun, with plenty of time to see the church afterwards. Last stop, Chronicles of Georgia monument, was interesting, again, very busy with tourists, but worth the visit.
