1.00Waited for 40 minutes. Driver never showed up had to figure out another ride. Ended up costing me an additional $60. Call a couple times and the company was unable to reach a driver or find any solution. Extremely frustrating especially late at night with a lot of luggage and a lot of transportation ahead.
Worst experience impossible.

1.00WORST EXPERIENCE IMPOSSIBLE. Very bad. Team without empathy, inflexible, unwilling to help in anything, without goodwill. The worst experience a traveler can have. I notified more than 24 hours before my flight changed in 3h30min and they did not have the slightest flexibility nor proposed to help in anything. Proposal? Pay new transfer. It's better not to offer a service than to offer a bad service like that. No interest in helping the tourist, in proposing any alternative, nothing like that. Just wanting me to pay again.

5.00Arrived at Tel Aviv Ben Gurion airport @ 11:30 pm. I was delayed going through Immigration and Customs but Mosa, the driver, thankfully waited for me for over an hour and took me to my hotel in Jerusalem.
