Hot air balloon flights are completely dependent on weather conditions. The direction and speed of the flight depends on the wind, so sometimes there is the possibility of not flying over the archaeological site.
Children under 5 years of age are not allowed to take the balloon flight.
People under the influence of alcoholic beverages are not allowed to fly.
What To Expect
Mexico City
If you select the option, we will pick you up at the entrance of your hotel in Mexico City (Only at touristic areas, subject to availability)
Upon arrival at the Volare Balloon Port, you will need to check in. Afterward, you can enjoy a delicious coffee while watching the balloons inflate. Then we will take off and fly over Teotihuacan.

With round-trip transportation service from Mexico City Plus Extra time to visit the Pyramids of Teotihuacan
Round Trip Transportation from Mexico City.: Select this option if you want round trip transportation from Mexico City and return after visiting the pyramids. With this option you will have extra time to visit the Archaeological Site of Teotihuacan, extending your experience 3 hours more. (Conditions apply, entrance not included). Duration: 9 hours: Total duration of the experience from the pick-up at your hotel, until the return to your hotel. (Approximate times) Round trip transportation from Mexico City: Select this option if you need transportation from Mexico City and you want extra time to visit the archaeological site of Teotihuacan. We will pick you up again at the same place where we have dropped you off. Pickup included

5.00Amazing experience from start to finish. The company was very well organized! They picked us up from the Hotel - small breakfast (coffee and cookies) - the flight - then a delicious breakfast with a mariachi band. It was my girlfriend’s bday and they gave her a cake, sticker, and even when the balloon took off, a happy birthday banner. I normally don’t buy pictures but we did because the pictures they took were so amazing, including the drone images. Highly recommend this experience!

5.00Our flight was great! The wind was perfect, allowing us to observe the pyramids from every angle, and we flew over and between them multiple times. The pilot also regularly rotated the basket, so everyone had a chance to enjoy the best view. The experience is very dependent on the weather; we hit the jackpot there.

4.00Pros: Great view of the pyramids, awesome experience. Our pilot Juan did a great job flying the balloon. We enjoyed the breakfast and live music afterwards. Cons: some of us got carsick on the ride over. Road is pretty bumpy so be prepared.

5.00The experience was amazing! Great communication , arrived to pick us up on time, clear direction and very organized. We got some extra time on the scenery route, we landed a little far from the designated landing zone. After the air balloon, we got a light breakfast and the Mariachi band was great. Loving the whole experience! Not to mention the crews were great.
