Hot air balloon flights are completely dependent on weather conditions. The direction and speed of the flight depends on the wind, so sometimes there is the possibility of not flying over the archaeological site.
Children under 5 years of age are not allowed to take the balloon flight.
People under the influence of alcoholic beverages are not allowed to fly.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
What To Expect
Mexico City
If you select the option, we will pick you up at the entrance of your hotel in Mexico City (Only at touristic areas, subject to availability)
Upon arrival at the Volare Balloon Port, you will need to check in. Afterward, you can enjoy a delicious coffee while watching the balloons inflate. Then we will take off and fly over Teotihuacan.

5.00Wonderful experience. Should be an automatic for anyone visiting Mexico City. We also did the Pyramids excursion. The museum was fantastic and I’d highly recommend the guided tour. The site it’s huge and it’s easy to get lost/overwhelmed.

5.00The company made it pretty seamless to take the tour. Beautiful views and a decently long flight. Everyone was very friendly and language was not a barrier. A nice breakfast afterwards and great pictures via drone and timelapse. Would 10-/10 recommend.

5.00The entire experience was a joy from start to finish. From the city pick up, to the check in process to the actual hot air balloon ride itself. Everyone was kind and professional. Also the hot air balloon ride was incredible. Our pilot Mauricio was incredible precise got us incredible views of the pyramids.
