Hot air balloon flights are completely dependent on weather conditions. The direction and speed of the flight depends on the wind, so sometimes there is the possibility of not flying over the archaeological site.
Children under 5 years of age are not allowed to take the balloon flight.
People under the influence of alcoholic beverages are not allowed to fly.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

4.00Efficiency was good, balloon ride was amazing. Fun, beautiful, and felt very safe. Breakfast was really good. Pick up from the pyramids was confusing. We were at the designated point but got missed. There are many similar looking vans. We had to Uber back to Mexico City. But overall, very good.

4.00The balloon ride was excellent. The views were spectacular with perfect viewing weather. The only complaint was that the driver of the shuttle terrified us. He was on his phone texting almost constantly. He would put down the phone, it would ding, and he would pick it back up. I had to divert my eyes several times as his driving was so bad. Outside of the driver, I had hoped that our balloon would have gone as high as some of the others, but it did not. The altitude we were at was amazing anyway. And the breakfast in the courtyard with a Mariachi band was fantastic.

5.00Such an amazing experience! Be prepared to wake up early. We got picked up at 4:10 am but was absolutely worth the early wake up! The pyramids were stunning! Would 10 out of 10 recommend!! Epic adventure for sure!!
