Our local guide will pick you up at your hotel in Prague in the morning. From that point, our mission is to give you everything you need to enjoy the day trip (10 - 12 hrs) to the fullest.
Terezin Memorial
Enjoy this small-group full-day guided tour starting with exploring Terezin - one of the largest and most visited concentration camps in the Czech Republic. Thanks to your expert guide, you will learn important facts about Czech-Jewish history, World War II, and the Holocaust. You will see both the Gestapo prison as well as the Terezin Ghetto + the Terezin Memorial, the only institution of its kind in the country only 45 minutes drive from Prague. Explore the grounds as your guide provides narration about the lives of the prisoners and the tragedies that took place.

5.00This was such a wonderful day trip. Mirek was a fantastic tour guide, very informative and made sure I had a great day. The small group makes it feel a lot more personal than other tours I’ve been on. The Terezín tour was somber but very meaningful. The views were breathtaking, the hike was fun, and the lunch was delicious. All admission fees are included. This trip is good for anyone looking to explore beyond Prague. 10/10 would recommend!

5.00Beautiful views and walking/hiking trails through stunning stone/cliff formations in nature. Our tour guide, Robert, was amazing as he taught us history about the area and was such a talk-able and fun person during the hike, which was nicely paced. The food at the restaurant in Tisa was also really good! Surprisingly there was not a big crowd at the Tiské sterny hike, which made it nice and peaceful. (Reminds me of Apollonia from Kingdom Come Deliverance 2)

5.00This was a very interesting day, combining history and nature. The visit to Terezin was a sad look back at events that should never be repeated. The rock formations in the national park were also interesting. The "hikes" were not too difficult but did require sure footing in several areas. Our guide, Robert, did a great job steering us along safe pathways and taking photos of everyone along the way. Although the drives were long, the van was comfortable and water and snacks were provided, in addition to lunch.

5.00Misu was our guide and his enthusiasm for the parks was evident. Misu was kind and patient with a guest who had some mobility issues. His demeanor was easy going and his communication style was just right. His driving was smooth and even after a full day of hiking, his attitude was always positive. The views from Tisa was spectacular and didn’t disappoint. Our 11 year old enjoyed the scenery and getting out of the city and doing a hike out in the country and not the typical tourist activity. The lunch was filling and delicious. The home cooked meal was excellent and much needed between the hikes. I had the ribs and our son had spaghetti. My wife enjoyed her sweet potato salad. The rib was a whole slab with a slight tug and all the meals came with a beverage. It’s a long day. About 10 hours total. Pack a snack or purchase some at the gas stations when you stop. The hike isn’t strenuous but there are some paths and stairways that could be challenging to those not as mobile.

5.00Robert was on time to pick us up in a clean comfortable van. He was very knowledgeable and made the drive fun and informative. His english was perfect and he helped us learn some Czech words. Despite the rain we saw some amazing views and had a memorable time. I highly recommend. Also lunch was delicious.

5.00We had a blast on this trip! Not only did it save us money for combining the concentration camp with the Narnia hike and Bohemian Switzerland, but it was just enough time in each area. Michal (Misu) is very knowledgeable and super friendly. I would go back and request him! Lunch was amazing and the drive wasn’t bad at all. Would do this again in a heartbeat!! Also, if you want Instagram pics Misu is good at not only telling you where they are but taking good photos too!
