  Agnes is the best tour guide ever, she well knowledged with everything, help us with tickets transport and finding the best spots for photo shoots. The driver Mr Zhang is polite and friendly, we had a great time with them!

  Terrific experience, a must see when in China. Our guide Rena was amazing, very informative and helpful. Rena told us a lot and was very passionate about her job. It was great to have a private tour instead of a group tour as we had personalised service including hotel lobby greeting and pick up/drop off and a private car also is able to get closer to entrance for the warriors to. The tour is able to be customised and we were grateful for Rena’s offers and suggestions.

  This was my second tour of the Xi'an Terra Cotta Warriors; the first being 15 years' ago. I was so awe-struck by the experience, I wanted to go again. Our tour guide, Rosa was perfect. Being from Shaanxi, she had expert local knowledge and also, very fluent English. I have studied Chinese history at university, but her knowledge was very detailed, and she was highly engaging and placed the warriors within a very interesting historical and cultural context. She and the driver collected us from our hotel on time and took us in a modern, air-conditioned people mover to the site. She was very efficient at getting us into the venue and making decisions as to how best to avoid congested areas. She explained each pit and its contents and wove a brief but very interesting history around the artefacts. We had adequate time in each pit, and at the new museum, as well as the museum shop. The first pit was very crowded but with a little advice and strategy, you can edge your way to the front of the crowd to see the warriors clearly. I love photography and was satisfied with the images I took of the warriors' faces with a telephoto lens. We found the 'warrior hospital' and the archaeological and restoration work on the artefacts fascinating. This was an enriching experience for our group and one we can highly recommend to anyone interested in Chinese history and something unique. We also highly recommend Rosa for her knowledge, organisational skills, and English proficiency.

  Richard was excellent, he was very attentive, knew the history very well, communicates very well, and was all in all an excellent choice for us. If that weren't enough, Richard also helped us to arrange a show and dinner later as well as our onwards transfer. Could not ask for a better experience...
