This is a private Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses museum VIP tour WITHOUT tourist factory-shopping stop!
Meet your private guide and driver at your requested time in your hotel or airport exit or bullet train station exit according to your booking. Explore the Warriors Museum for about 2~3 hours with your pace. You will be dropped off at your hotel or airport or bullet train entrance at the end!
The entrance ticket fee, private guide, driver, pickup and drop off all transfer service are all inclusive.

We pick up from any hotels within 3rd ring road of Xi'an or airport or bullet train station according to your booking.
The Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses
Your private guide and driver will meet you in your hotel or airport according to your booking. Venture to the UNESCO World Heritage-listed site of the Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses Museum. Listen to your guide describe the 2200 year old Qin Dynasty historical scene, and pass by the mausoleum of Emperor Qinshihuang and the massive pomegranate fields. Explore the warriors museum site which is Pit1, Pit 2, Pit 3 and Bronze Chariots in 2.5~3 hours and then take a one hour drive back to your hotel or to airport or to bullet train station according to your booking. If your booking is with airport transfer", you need "airport pickup or hotel drop off" please provide your flight number when you book the tour. If your booking is with Bullet Train station Transfer, you need "bullet train station pickup or hotel drop off" please provide your Train number when you book the tour.

5.00Obviously, the Terracotta Warriors site is not to be missed. We are so glad we chose this tour. From the initial booking until final drop-off, the communication was faultless. Our guide, Lisa Liu, arrived early and we were on our way on schedule. Lisa, a born and bred Xi'an native, provided a great commentary on the history and development of the city as we headed out. Once at the site her knowledge seemed boundless. She provided detailed information about the site and the restoration processes involved. Even our multiple questions never phased her. In summary, don't hesitate to book this tour and hopefully you'll be lucky enough to have Lisa as your guide!

5.00I booked the half day tour of the Terracotta Warriors on Viator for my family of four, and we were thrilled to spend that time with our guide, Kai. Kai and our driver did everything promised and then some. Kai reached out to us the day before the tour to confirm pick up time and location. He met us in our hotel lobby on time, and he and our driver transported us to and from the site comfortably. And Kai’s English was excellent. Beyond all of this, Kai was warm, welcoming, and personable. He was knowledgeable about the site and its history, and he made the visit fun and informative. My entire family enthusiastically recommends Kai for this tour.

5.00We made a private tour of Terracotta Warriors Museum early in the morning with Rosa, a guide from Catherine Lu Tours. She was very knowledgeable about this famous archaeological site, giving us lot of cultural and historical information. She spoke a very good English, answering our questions and curiosities. We especially appreciated that she guided us in the right way to visit Terracotta Warriors Museum in order to avoid the crowd! We also could meet one of the farmers that discovered the Terracotta Warriors site. Rosa and the driver were perfectly on time on the schedule of the tour. The restaurant where we had lunch was excellent, everybody appreciated it and Rosa gave us good suggestions about local dishes to order. I really suggest Catherine Lu Tours to discover the wonders of China!
History brought to life in Xi’an

5.00We had an excellent private tour to the Terracotta Warriors in Xi’an with our guide Julia from Catherine Lu Tours. She and the driver arrived exactly at 8:00 AM, and she contacted us the night before with all the details, which gave us confidence and peace of mind from the beginning. Julia’s English is very good, and throughout the tour she explained many historical and cultural details about the Terracotta Warriors Mausoleum in a very clear and engaging way. We visited all three pits and the museum, and her knowledge really helped bring the history to life. She was also very thoughtful during the visit, helping us take pictures and guiding us to the best souvenir stores inside the museum area. One of the highlights was that she took us to meet one of the original discoverers of the Terracotta Warriors, where we had the opportunity to buy a book signed by him — a very unique experience. Overall, I highly recommend Julia if you are planning a private tour to visit the Terracotta Warriors in Xi’an.
