The chef was great - informative and provided the right amount of suggestions to improve your work. My teen daughter and I really enjoyed the class. You can bring home your dough if you have somewhere to store it. The chef also provides coffee and tea.

Thank you to Chef Terrible for providing this wonderful experience. He is very thorough and quick to answer any questions. It is a long class, with much information to cover. We enjoyed learning more about the Art of Danish Pastries, and of course tasting them!

Great experience and delicious pastry. Just realize you will each get 12 pastries to take along. So much fun

My wife and I attended and had a great time! Frederick was a fun and easy instructor. The pastries were delicious and there were plenty to take home. Highly recommend for experienced bakers and amateurs.

The class was extremely well organized and instructed. Easy to follow. It was fun to do something different while traveling. Each Danish was little different but delicious. The hardest part was not being able to eat all of them before leaving the city!

We really enjoyed this! The class had 14 people, not too big. And everyone was nice! The chef is really nice as well and very helpful! The pastry’s turned out amazing and extremely delicious! You may think at the end, this is far too many pastries, don’t worry you won’t feel that way the next day as most of them will be eaten within 24 hours. Definitely recommend!

This was one of my favorite parts of my trip. Fun and interactive and you are busy the entire time. We made 4 types of Danish pastries and the dough. Fun way to start the day and very informative.

This was a brilliant morning spent making pastries. Our host was knowledgeable, friendly, funny and kind. The pastries were delicious. The only problem was how does one person travelling alone eat the 12 pastries baked today? I wholeheartedly recommend this experience.

I booked this as a gift for my partners birthday whilst we were visiting Copenhagen. We are both avid bakers anyway but would recommend this experience to anyone! We learned so much from how the pastry is made to the different techniques and flavours used for some popular Danish pastries. The best part was of course getting to taste our bakes and take them home afterwards (they even survived the flight home!). The whole experience was very well paced and we never felt rushed to get our pastries completed. Frederic was extremely welcoming, friendly and of course had a wealth of baking knowledge to share. We will definitely be doing this again next time we’re visiting Copenhagen!!

We wanted to do something a little bit different and this ticked that box. Frédéric was an excellent host - friendly, organised, professional and incredibly skilled. The time flew by and before we knew it we had made four different danish pastries. From the moment we arrived until we left, we were made welcome with coffee and topped up with knowledge AND pastries.
