Frederik was an excellent teacher! He guided us each step of the way. He has a great set up. We loved learning how to make the yummy pastries. And honestly, we were surprised at how much we took home.

What a fun experience!! Frederic was patient and meticulous as he taught us how to make delicious pastries… Be prepared to bring home two boxes full of delicious treats. He also emailed us the recipes so that we could continue to make the pastries when we got home.

Great experience trying danish pastry making for the first time. Chef was very thorough and knowledgable, yet made it enjoyable for everyone. We definitely didn’t expect to be making so many pastries and doing so the day before we had to fly home was bad planning on our part as we couldn’t eat them all! A great morning at this class and will definitely recommend to friends when travelling to Copenhagen! Thank you chef :)

It was wonderful and the other 5 star reviews are well earned. The teacher is the right amount of serious and humor. We are looking forward to sharing the treats. Please note you will most likely make more than you can eat - so be prepared to share. We left a batch at the Nimb Hotel. Looking forward to getting an email with the recipes

I would highly suggest if you want to get a taste of Denmark in a different form other than a museum or shopping. We were a family of 5 visiting for 4 days and we thoroughly enjoyed Frederic's danish pastry class. When I booked & saw it was 3 hours, I thought it might be too long of a commitment. However, Frederic kept it interesting, the class was hands on and moved along quickly. You make 4 different pastries with a partner in a class of 12 individuals. My adult kids in their 30's LOVED IT. You eat the pastries you made at the end of class, and bring home the remaining ( with 5 of us, we had 60 pastries) They were absolutely delicious. Several of the boxes of pastries we brought back to the hotel, we gave to the staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Fabulous time making Danish pastries. Excellent hands on experience. Pastry chef takes it very serious, and rightly so. Warning! You make a lot of fabulous pastries to take away so prepare to carrying them back to your accommodation 🤣
