Fabulous time making Danish pastries. Excellent hands on experience. Pastry chef takes it very serious, and rightly so. Warning! You make a lot of fabulous pastries to take away so prepare to carrying them back to your accommodation 🤣

Fantastic class even for novices at baking! If you like making, eating, and experiencing food culture in a friendly environment, this class is for you. The chef even sends the recipes and instruction out after the class so you can experiment at home. It’s a must do for food lovers! 5-star experience ❤️

An informative and fun experience. Chef was precise, knowledgeable and clear, while also being humorous, making this a really great time. We learned the ins and outs of making four different pastries, enjoyed with a coffee when done, and took home days worth of leftovers. Highly recommended. Thanks, Chef!

We saved this class for our last day in Copenhagen and it was the best way to finish our vacation. Everyone loved the class. Chef Frederic Terrible was excellent! The pastries were delicious and I was able to bring them home for my family to enjoy.

Fun experience learning a bit about making Danish pastries! Made way too many however… didn’t know what to do with them (if we ate them all we would have died of sugar overload). So we gave them to the staff of our hotel. Chef went a bit quickly in his explanations… would have been good to follow along with him instead of trying to remember all his directions. Also would have been good to get the recipes… which he promised to send… but, I haven’t seen them yet.

This was a great experience to add to the Copenhagen leg of our Scandinavian trip. The class was very informative but also fun. The pastries were delicious - we had A LOT of pastries to bring back to the hotel so we shared with the hotel staff. I highly recommend this class!

Really enjoyed the pastry class. Learned a lot and the pastries were delicious! We were a little late but the chef made sure we caught up quickly and didn't miss a thing. We really appreciated that.

We braced ourselves for disappointment—after all, this is the Terrible French Pastry School—but were instead subjected to the unbearable horror of… having fun. The instructor committed the unforgivable crime of making laminated dough seem easy. Worst of all, we now feel compelled to try making Danish pastries at home. If you like unexpected joy, edible buttery art, and the complete destruction of your willpower, avoid this place at all costs.

It was so much fun and well thought out during every step and procesd, My sister and I had a really good time and we learned so much! There was a lovely group there too, which made the whole vibe. Thank you to our pastrychef Fedric, it was a life experience that I will take with me.
