We had a great time with Samudra exploring the different sites in Pokhara. The highlight of the day was reaching the top of Sarangot for the sunrise. Although the mountains were not visible on the day, the place was amazing. Also recommend the Bindhya Basini Temple and boating on Phewa Tal.

Amazing and in depth tour, special thanks to my guide Mr.Ram Kafle for an amazing time. Ram was thorough and absolutely professional, his knowledge of Hindu faith and his tolerant and progressive world view was astounding. Thanks Ram and thanks Santosh 🙏

I am a solo female traveler here in Nepal to volunteer but took a few days off to see more of the country. This tour was a great way to see 8 sights in Pokhara in one day. My tour guide was Samundra and she was fabulous. Her and the driver, Yamu, took care of me all day. The sunrise was beautiful and a great experience seeing how the mountains turn pink over the city. I was taken back to my hotel for breakfast and a break before resuming the rest of the tour of several caves, temples, and a boat ride on Phewa lake. I’d definitely recommend this tour if you only have a few short days in Pokhara and want to see a lot of the sights.

This day was really enjoyable, the Sunrise was really lovely and I was collected early and we drove up to it. After that I was dropped back at my hotel for an hour or so for breakfast before we headed off again. I had already done 2 of the sites the day before on a different trip, but this was accommodated and we went to a couple of different places instead. Bidur and my driver were very good on this trip. Highly recommended as a great way to see the things to see !

Bidur was a great host. The views of the mountains are spectacular. After a break for breakfast, we picked the tour back up and saw all the sites. Bidur provided a lot of context and allowed us to set the pace for the entire day. I highly recommend this tour and especially Bidur.

Good driver clean electric car and good guide. Sunrise in the morning was amazing but the rest of the tour however wasn’t that great - didn’t feel we saw the best sights locally and some of the main attractions such as the Shanti Stupa and other temples or the Ghurka museum didn’t feature. Visiting a small gorge was a waste of time. Needs to be more focused and it’s far too expensive for what it is. We did a private tour in Kathmandu which was amazing but half the price.

I liked this tour. It was great to see the sunrise over the Himalayas — my guide pointed out the different mountains and told me the good places to stand for the best views. He also took great photos of me. It was nice that they dropped me off at the hotel after the sunrise for breakfast and a nap before continuing the tour a couple hours later. Re the tour itself, I felt like I saw a lot of Pokhara and the surrounding areas. My guide did a good job of explaining things and answering my questions. They also provided me with water bottles, which I appreciated since it was hot.

Overall, this tour is great value for money and covers many of Pokhara’s main sights in one day. The sunrise was absolutely epic, and we were lucky with clear weather after several cloudy days. I liked that we returned for breakfast before continuing the tour a few hours later. It was a nice balance between an early start and a long day. While this worked out for us, I do wish we received this information prior to better plan our day. The side visit to the Seeing Hands workshop was a highlight and the Seti River Gorge was also a great experience (I recommend bringing a towel too dry your feet after). Some sites, like a few caves and the Fewa Lake boat ride, felt a bit average and rushed. Visiting the World Peace Pagoda instead of some of the caves would have been better in my opinion. Unfortunately, our guide and driver didn’t meet expectations. The guide mostly spoke to my husband and gave him information about what we were seeing and rarely addressed me directly. I had to ask my husband several times what the guide said to him as he wouldn’t talk to us as a group and would often only talk to my husband which was getting very annoying through the day. I hoped for more information about the locations, Nepalese culture and the religions but this was limited and as the day went on, became minimal. A lot of the information we received was prompted through our questions and if we didn’t ask questions the information provided was a quick summary rather than in-depth information from a local like we had hoped. He did, however, manage our tickets well and provide water. The driver was recklessly driving early in the day. Speeding, tailgating, and honking to overtake on winding hills in the dark when driving to the look out which made us feel unsafe. Our driver changed half way through the day. While the itinerary is ideal for seeing a lot in one day, our experience was let down by an unengaging guide and unsafe driving. If you’re looking for a tour that gives you more insight into the culture of Pokhara and Nepal in general, this probably isn’t the tour for you. With a better team, this tour could easily be a fantastic experience
