How much of Puerto Rico can you see on one day?
Quite a lot. Puerto Rico is small, and has good infrastructure (road) so is easy to move from one place to the other. So, if your flight makes a long layover in PR, or if you stop on a cruise, or you want to see as much as possible in one day, this is the tour for you.
You will get a full tour of Old San Juan (know the history and culture of Puerto Rico), a beach forest (mangroves, lagoons), a cave and a glimpse of the rain forest.
This is not a regular commercial tour. I will show you different places. I will give you a lot of interesting information in a fun/informal way. We can be spontaneous. You can get to "feel", "breath" and "enjoy" Puerto Rico.

What To Expect
Isla Verde
Named after a small cay out of the coast of Carolina. An important tourism destination located close to the San Juan International Airport. There are good restaurants in the area, if you get hungry.
Playa Pinones
A very interesting settlement full of natural resources and Afro-American culture. The residents of Pinones are descendants of the slaves that were liberated during the last few centuries.

5.00Javier did such a great job with our full day tour of San Juan! We hiked in the rainforest, ate a great local lunch, visited the caves, and saw as much of Old Town as we could! We had 2 adults and our 3 kids - ages 9, 7, 5, and Javier was great with them all day! We would definitely recommend him and would love to come back to visit again in the future!

5.00Javier was a fantastic guide showing us the highlights of San Juan during a port stop on our Disney cruise. We traveled with children and he was very accommodating to their needs. Javier provided us with an abbreviated tour of the fort, enjoyed a Puerto Rican lunch with us and then took us to a local beach where we enjoyed an afternoon swim before heading back to the ship. I would highly recommend Javier and this tour. It was very relaxed and he focused on how we wanted to spend the day in Puerto Rico. Javier speaks excellent English and kept the kids engaged during the historical discussions about Puerto Rico and San Juan. Thank you, Javier!

5.00We loved our private tour. He took us everywhere we wanted to go and was such a nice guy. We loved seeing the Castillo and the rain forest. Our lunch was wonderful at the place he picked for us. All in all we really enjoyed out time we spent getting to know Puerto Rico.

We hiked in the rainforest, swam in the river, toured old San Juan and finished the day with the best lunch we’ve had since being on the island.
