Iglesia El Rosario
The modern architectural design that departs from the traditional style of Salvadoran Catholic churches, El Rosario Church is the most remarkable and memorable landmark in the nation's capital and country. It distinguishes itself from other churches not because of its history but because of its modern, striking appearance. The best time to visit El Rosario is early in the morning or late in the afternoon, when the light reflected from the stained glass has the most dramatic effect.

The tour took the group through main avenues and monuments of San Salvador and we also visited San Salvador's volcano. And we enjoyed an interesting walk through the natural trails and then an awesomely panoramic view to the crater. The transportation was comfortable enough.

It was a well organised tour. The guide drove us outside the city and up a mountain to a national park, stopping in a few places along the way so we could take some pictures for memories. The volcanoes were gorgeous and we got spectacular views of the city.
