What To Expect
At The Dinner Detective, you’ll tackle a hilarious and challenging crime while you feast on a fantastic dinner. Just beware! The culprit is hiding in plain sight somewhere in the room, and you may find yourself as a Prime Suspect before you know it! Our engaging and unique murder mystery dinner theatre performances have been playing across the country since 2004. Our show is very different from traditional murder mystery dinner shows. We will hide non-costumed actors in the audience that are pretending to be part of the crowd. This results in a much more social and interactive evening than with other shows. Our shows are set during the present day and take place in real time. Over the course of the night, our costumed Detectives will uncover clues, interrogate audience members that may or may not be part of the show, and help everyone get closer to solving the mystery.

1.00The Dinner Detective Murder Mystery Dinner Show was a total waste of money ( $166 for two tickets ). The Dinner Theaters are the best with professional actors. And the fees are almost the same. The acting terrible and the actors ( two women screeching and talking over each other ) struggled to keep the flow of the evening. They use the crowd to pull and try to act out parts and the presentation was sloppy. The food was awful. We asked the organizer for our food to be boxed and he said that I need to ask the catering staff! The catering staff refused to give a box! We left without having the dessert. When we have paid for the food and dessert, we should be allowed to take it with us.

2.00The best part of the evening was when it was finally over. The acting was poor and the room set-up was poor. We couldn't hear 50% of what the actors said. The chicken was so overcooked it was hardly edible.
