What To Expect
Louvre Museum
Your guide will show you key pieces from this era and bring you to the venus de milo. From then you will move through Roman sculptures and learn to analyse the differences between greek, roman, and other genres of sculpture before moving into the Etruscan collection. Your introduction into antiquity culminates with Winged Victory of Samorthrace. From here, you will see one of the few rooms left in the louvre in its original condition and then move on to Italian renaissance. See how art evolved in such a short period of time on your way to the Mona Lisa

5.00Ivana provided a fantastic tour of the Louvre. I have been there before but learned more on this tour than prior. She was knowledgeable and offered an entertaining and fascinating history of the museum, history, and art. She showed us things we would have likely overlooked. The price of the tour was very low considering the wealth of information we received. I would 100% book a tour with Ivana!!! It was an unforgettable experience!

5.00Venus de Milo’s secret history … da Vinci’s muse … Winged Victory’s cliff-top mystery … ancient city friezes hostile or welcoming … Impressionist rebels and how they won … My fiancée and I bookended our weeklong Paris trip with Adam’s Louvre and d’Orsay tours, and we learned so much about the art itself, its social/ historical/ political context, and the relationships between the people who inspired, funded, and created it. We would literally take the exact same tours again if we came back to Paris. That’s how good they were. Adam is the best at what he does. He’s an amazing storyteller, an engaging teacher, and a straight-up expert on so many aspects of art history. You will say WOW a lot, and you will laugh a lot. And you will come away enlightened, inspired, and feeling like you just made a smart, kind, and hilarious new friend. Do yourself a favor and spend a few hours looking at art with Adam.

5.00I spent a week in Paris, and the two tours I spent with Adam, the owner, were the absolute highlight of my trip. I did one day at the Palace of Versailles and another at the Louvre Museum. As a travel advisor who works with guides around the world, I can confidently say Adam stands out as one of the very best I’ve experienced anywhere. I could have visited places like Versailles or the Louvre on my own, but Adam brought them to life. His knowledge is incredible, but what makes him exceptional is how he delivers it in an engaging, easy to follow, and fun way. At the end of the day in Versailles, as my group was departing, Adam wrapped everything together with a final thought that perfectly tied in all the information he had shared throughout the day. It was such a powerful and seamless ending that my group actually started clapping. It felt like the curtains had just come down on an epic performance. BOOK NOW! He gave my partner and I the perfect blend of historical facts and whimsical stories all the while engaging us in conversation about these marvelous works of art. 5.00Amehd is absolutely phenomenal and his tour was the highlight of our trip to Paris. From his vast depth of knowledge, he shared with us the fascinating stories behind each of the works we visited and brought to light the real human beings that made them. His sense of appreciation for these artworks and their artists will stay with us for a lifetime. We loved learning about lapis lazuli, ancient cuneiform, and the Louvre’s mote. But the most meaningful was standing with him before da Vinci’s great works, especially John the Baptist and the Mona Lisa. His guidance on da Vinci’s nuanced artistry transported us and opened up the works to us in a way we had never experienced before. Amehd, thank you so much.
