What To Expect
Hạ Long Bay
07:45AM – 08:30AM: HOTEL PICK UP Our English-speaking tour guide will pick up guests from hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter, ranging from 7:45 AM – 8:30 AM, we try to make the pick-ups as timely as possible but with morning traffic in the Old Quarter and many hotels to collect from this time approximate. Please be ready to help expedite this process. 10:00 - 10:15: Short Lavatory Break Quick rest stop halfway to stretch your legs, use the facilities, or grab a quick snack in case you missed breakfast (our driver appreciates a coffee break as well!) before we get back on the road and finish the drive.
Tuan Chau Island
11:30 – 11:45 Boarding the Cruise The bus will arrive at Tuan Chau marina and reach our pier, where our welcoming staff will be waiting for your arrival with a big smile. A complimentary welcome drink will be served, and a quick briefing as we set off into the bay. 12:00– 13:00 Lunch On Board Our award-winning chef will be serving up amazing delights for guests to indulge. Paired beautifully with lavish cocktails, fine wines, and beers. The bar will be open for the entirety of the service. * Water is served throughout the journey, any other drinks not mentioned will incur charges. If there are more than 40 guests, we will change from set menu to a buffet menu. *Note: Some dishes will be changed following the seasons

5.00My wife and I did a day trip tour of Ha Long Bay / Lan Ha Bay. The cost was $90 per person. Hera was our tour guide and she was in contact from the day before pick up to let us know of our pick up time as well things we may need for our journey. Once we got on our coach and everyone was picked up, the itinerary for the day was explained very well. Hera did well educating us about Ha Long Bay and surrounding areas. The team we're very professional and made the best effort in looking after us. We came during a day it was cold and quiet which I quite liked and enjoyed. I would recommend you their services and the 6-course lunch was amazing. Other activities involved, boat ride through the caves, kayaking, swimming and taking part in making food. All the better for a great day experience. Thank you Hera and thank you to the team.

5.00By catamaran, we were able to access areas of Halong Bay that the larger tour ships could not enter. From there we disembarked and by paddle boats we entered passages, tunnels, accessible at low tide. Incredible scenery. I would definitely encourage day trippers to travel Halong Bay by catamaran.

5.00Our tour guide Hera was so amazing. She worked hard to get everyone picked up super fast and the ride there was as easy. She was so fun and energetic. Absolutely one of the best guides we had in Hanoi. The boat was really nice and the staff made the trip perfect. The boat manager Ben made sure we had everything we needed. The views were of course so beautiful. I would definitely recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Vietnam
