We loved the national park and going on the treetop walk. The guides were very knowledgeable at the castles. Just note that the drive there is very long, much of it is on a bumpy road. Still it was a good day out.

We did 2 tours - a 2 day tour to Cape Coast, Elmina, Kakum and Assin Manso, and a 1 day tour of Accra. Both tours were excellent - Ben is extremely knowledgeable and gives a great perspective of both historical and modern sites, even for those who have visited Accra previously. We had different drivers for the 2 tours - both were excellent and we felt very safe, and the minivans were very comfortable. Everything was very well organised and Ben ensured that we had enough time in each place. We added an extra stop to our Cape Coast tour and Ben was vey flexible in accommodating this, despite it meaning a later return to Accra than originally planned. All 7 in our group (aged 10 to 87 years) had a fantastic time and I would have no hesitation in recommending Big Ben Tours for those visiting Accra and surroundings. Thank you!

This was AMAZING experience that a dictionary nor photos can support. From the knowledge, conversation, safety and machanic skills of our tour guide Samuel. He made my friend and I feel safe from start to finish. The tour its self was the most well wrapped spiritual experience one could seek. Having me feel like a missing puzzle piece now found. Final thoughts: Some moments were tear striken, but beneficial and weight lifting.

Our Homecoming Experience tour to Cape Coast Castle and Elmina Castle was powerful and unforgettable. We had originally booked Kakum Canopy with it, but requested to visit Assin Manso instead and the team accommodated our change with no issues. The drive was long and bumpy due to major road construction, but the journey was absolutely worth it. Our driver and guide, Emmanuel, was great and made sure we got there and back safely. The entire experience was emotional and deeply educational.

This trip was one my partner and I were drawn too as our first time in Accra and Africa as a whole - from the moment Samuel (Sammie) picked us up he treated us like family. From teaching us Twi sayings on the drive (and correcting our terrible accents) all the way to giving us space to sleep after a long night. He gave us options, space and ultimately an eye opening experience seeing the castles. 5 stars all around we’ll be back with our family soon!

Emanuel, our guide today was brilliant. It is an emotional day given the subject of the tour. It was heart wrenching. Emmanuel was prompt, friendly, and always responsive. We really enjoyed his insights on life in Ghana and the lunch recommendation was absolutely spot on. We did a lot in one day but Emmanuel handled the driving like a pro. The tour was more than value for money.

Eben was our driver/guide for the day and he was such a fantastic guide, I will recommend him to anyone visiting Accra. It was a long day and a bumpy drive at some point but he made us comfortable and ensured we were good throughout. He also showed us around specific areas we were interested in within the castles and adjusted the itinerary to our speed. I recommend this tour

The whole day was about 15 hours. The trip from Accra was long and bumpy. I was not ready for the hike uphill at Kakum but it was really fun. This would be difficult for anyone with mobility limitations. Our guide at the Cape Coast Castle was excellent. Very emotional for me as an African American. Our guide Kofi was great and made everything go smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

Kofi and Daniel were great hosts and guides. They picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel. Drove us to Kakum, Elmina, and Cape Coast. Throughout the ride they gave history lessons on the land and cities we passed.
