What To Expect
Our qualified, experienced instructors will take you on a spiritual journey and practice the centuries-old system called qi gong. Qi Gong means ‘energy cultivation’ or ‘working with the life energy’ in Chinese. It focuses on body posture, movement, meditation, and breathing and its purpose is to serve health, spirituality, and martial-arts training.
