This PRIVATE TOUR starts at dawn for a SUNRISE breakfast on the Amador Causeway with amazing views of the skyline. Including a summit walk of Ancon Hill, where you'll see how the rainforest embraces the metropolis.

We'll also visit Miraflores Visitors Center. In the observation deck you'll see the hundred year old gates and the process of vessels being raised. There's IMAX theater where a 45 min 3D movie is displayed about the construction, historical events and importance of the canal narrated by Morgan Freeman

Our last stop is Casco Antiguo, the Spanish Viceroyal quarters reestablished in 1671 after the pirate attacks of Panama Viejo. A UNESCO World Heritage Site with beautiful architecture, where you’ll get a taste of history and delicious Panamanian cuisine. We’ll visit historical cathedrals, plazas and walkways. (Lunch not included)*

Amador Causeway (Calzada de Amador)

This PRIVATE CITY tour, unlike any other, starts before dawn, giving the possibility of enjoying a spectacular SUNRISE off the Pacific Ocean on the Amador Causeway (An artificial peninsula made up of islands connected with dredging material from The Panama Canal construction). Here we’ll also take pleasure in a picnic breakfast with amazing views of the city skyline.

One unique thing we have in Panama City, for a CITY of its size in the tropics with 1.6 million people, is the rainforest right on top of it. A steep 35 min walk on a paved road to the summit of Ancon Hill, will allow you to see how the tropical rainforest with its biodiversity (monkeys, sloths, toucans, agoutis, deer and coatis) embraces a modern metropolis (with 13 of tallest skyscrapers in all of Hispanic America).

This was an amazing day spent with Genesis and John. It started with a beautiful sunrise view on the scenic Amador Causeway and progressed to a spectacular hike in the Metropolitan Natural Park. I very much enjoyed the jungle with the many different species of wildlife and a breathtaking panoramic view of the modern Panama City skyline. We toured the canal with the impressive lock system. My guides were very knowledgeable about the eco-system and well-versed in the history of this fascinating country. While touring the old city, they went above and beyond in their willingness to make this experience a memorable day excursion.
Awesome Tour. Would not hesitate to use him again.

My favorite part of the tour was watching the sunrise. It was so peaceful sitting by the ocean. John my tour guide selected the perfect place. The entire tour was exceptional. John is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. And I was. Loved his enthusiasm.

Beautiful views of the Panama city, canal and old town. John narratives make this experience more then interesting. I liked background stories about places we were visiting and details on how canal works.
