Chiara is very engaging and extremely knowledgeable about the history of Sicily. She did an absolutely wonderful job keeping our boys (ages 12 and 15) engaged and thoroughly answered every question we asked. She is passionate about Sicily and the history of Sicily and Italy. She was wonderful and we highly recommend her!

We found this tour through Viator/TripAdvisor. Chiara met us at our hotel and took us through main street of Taormina, Roman Odeon, Teatro Antico di Taotmina. Her story telling is not just informative of Sicilan history but also full of witty and humorous. The walking tour is about 3 hours. Chiara pointed out some interesting shops, good spot for photo ops. She also gave us plenty of time to explore and taking photo. We really enjoying the tour and learned a lot of Taormina. We can't recommend this tour enough... worth every penny! Grazie Chiara ~ Stephanie, Bekka and Tam

We had an enjoyable and informative tour with Chiara. It's very easy to be in Taormina and not see past the natural beauty and the wonderful and fun shops, but there is plenty to see and learn about the history of Taormina and the archeological treasures all around the city, and Chiara did a wonderful job exposing us to all of it. It was time very well spent and enjoyed.

We had a wonderful time with Chiara on our tour. She is very knowledgeable and funny too. My family loves her. You will hear many more informative topics here than from another type of tour. Plenty of stops to take photos and guides “skip the line” to get tickets. A win by itself You will not be disappointed!

Excellent guide. If you're looking to find a good tour guide to show you the town look no further as this is the one. We've done many and this one was very good.

We have been on many private tours and Jerry may have provided the most enjoyable we have ever experienced. His historical knowledge was only exceeded by his passion and kind spirit. We not only got a great guide but a philosopher as well. It is ones good fortune to cross paths with such an individual.

We had an incredible tour of Taormina. Loved the city, learned so much, and had a lovey day! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the city and the country of Sicily (he’s Sicilian). He shared a perfect amount of history and historical context interspersed with warm and wonderful insights into the people and culture of the place. Everywhere we went people knew Rosario. We met local shop and restaurant owners and the restaurants he recommended were amazing and we were treated like special guests. We spent the morning touring with him and then had the afternoon and evening to explore and enjoy the historical district of Taormina which was a perfect day. I would highly recommend this tour and our guide Rosario.
