We had a marvelous experience on our food tour with Thomas! We learned a great deal about the specialties of Provence, what is genuinely unique to the region and what is "commercialized" or lower quality. Each stop and tasting was a joy! His passion for food and his heritage is delightful! I highly recommend this unique and joyful experience!

Most important, Thomas is friendly and easy to undestand. He shares his passion not only for food but also for Aix and all things Provence. He introduced us to a few tastings, a lovelly lunch, a coffee break and ice cream. A wonderful way to learn about Aix in your visit.

Thomas gave me an excellent tour sampling local cheeses, pastries including the famous calissons, truffle products and othar local delicacies. He is an engaging host and also got some local history as a bonus. Merci Thomas!

This was quite a tour. Totally enjoyable. Thomas is a gastronomic expert and he guided us well through the streets of Aix with a very well curated cornucopia of delectable delights. Everything was wonderful (even the anchovies). The highlight was the Pan Bagnat. Unbelievably good. There were so many tastings, though. Thomas was an exceptional guide. Do not eat breakfast before you go.

A wonderful three hour trek through the city center of Aix en Provence. Great intro to the culture and cuisine of Provence. Got to sample everything from truffles to sweets from local small businesses, cheese and sandwiches from the open air market. Even enjoyed a coffee and ice cream. Thomas was great and full of information about the food, city and the region. Nice small group experience. Highly recommended- great value.

This food tour was an excellent surprise. Thomas, our guide, was both professional and pleasant. Passionate about his territory, he also shared with us many historical anecdotes about the region along the way. The tastings offered were delicious, and he guided us exclusively in shops that value the Provencal terroir. I can only strongly recommend this experience to all lovers of good food and local culture.
