I booked this tour for my family of 4 in Dec 2024 for our trip in May 2025. Three days before the reservation the tour operator cancelled our reservation with no explanation given. Just CANCELLED!! At this point we had to stramble to find another tour. While doing my research for another tour (the day following cancellation) I see that this operator now shows availability for our tour at the time of our excursion, but has increased the price more than $1,000 over what we paid for our reservation. So beware folks. If you think you are getting a good price, don't be surprised when they suddenly cancel you last minute.

An absolute must do if visiting Stavanger. Fernando was an amazing host who went the extra mile to make the journey from our cruise liner to the heliport and back special, stopping off at 2 or 3 spectacular viewpoints for photo shoots. The helicopter flight was awesome and the best way to see Pulpit Rock by a long mile. Would definitely book with Active Norway again.

This is a must do trip. Fernando is an amazing guy who gives his all to make your day special. He is very knowledgeable on most things Norwegian. A couple of photo stops were also included in the trip. Views of Pulpit Rock are awesome from the air. Don't miss this if you're in Norway!!

When you go up, you think who made me do it... The hike is challenging, are 8 km in total round trip, the difference in altitude is about 350 MT, but the climb is almost always on stones and rocks, sometimes very steep, a few stretches flat, in all this we put 5 hours with a stop of half an hour circa.Consigliato only for hikers also accustomed to trails riidi.scarpe trekking Mandatory. When you are on you say it was really worth it! Look at pictures to believe.

From the moment we booked to being dropped off we couldn’t have asked to be looked after better. The flight was fantastic and everyone there so competent and helpful. This is the best way to see the Fjords and truly a once in a lifetime experience.

A fantastic experience. We were met at the cruise terminal and transported to the airport at Sola which was about a 15 minute drive away. We were taken to our helicopter and given a safety check by our pilot Harold. We took off and enjoyed fantastic scenery flying over Pulpit Rock, down the fjords and over Stavanger. The scenery was spectacular and Harold gave us plenty of commentary. The flight lasted just over 30 minutes and we were then taken back to the cruise port via the comfortable transport van. If you are heading to Norway this is really a once in a lifetime must do. The experience was fantastic and will live long in our memories. The staff from booking to transport to helicopter pilot were very friendly and helpful. This was excellent value for money and I would highly recommend taking this excursion. First class !
