5.00Would 100% recommend!! We got picked up and dropped off by Moses and he was amazing!! He was super nice and told us a lot about Trinidad and the areas we passed by during the drive. The tour was also great. I read a few reviews that said we needed bug spray but we were fine without. We saw flamingos, crabs, a snake, fish, and the scarlet ibis (we saw a lot more). The scenery was gorgeous. We had one person who was unsure about the tour at first but ended up really loving it. The whole experience was super enjoyable. Thank you for having us!

5.00The tour was absolutely beautiful and just as described. A very cool experience to cruise through the mangroves and witness the gorgeous sunset on the water as the backdrop to the Scarlet Ibis flying home to rest. There was also a flock of flamingos, a hummingbird, a baby caymen/alligator, a silky anteater, and snakes!

5.00Perfect experience from start to finish, the pick-up was very well organized with lots of communication, we were in different hotels but it didn’t cause a problem the driver came to the different meeting points. Upon arrival on site we were given a bottle of water and a pack of plantain chips, a great attention we enjoyed very much. The tour itself was great and well paced, beyond the ride which is very pleasant we saw snakes in the trees, an alligator, many different species of birds including some rare. The highlight of the show at the end with the arrival of the red birds on the tree, with a beautiful sunset and a beautiful rainbow as a bonus! The driver was waiting for us on our return and took a detour before dropping us off to get tested one of the best POS duplicates. It was a very good moment of exchange. Thank you very much to Calvin and the rest of the team.

1.00No transport arrived at the agreed pick up point, there was no email cancelling the activity on the day and after the no show there was no email confirming that there would be an automatic refund to my card.
Don’t book this trip! Waste time.

1.00DON’T BOOK THIS TRIP! The tour operator didnt arrived for meeting point. No answer for messages from me. No answered even when was contacted by Viator Support. So unreliable and wasting time. It never happened to me before.
Second time with this trip, and would definately go for a third!

5.00This is my second time in the caroni swamp with this tour. Would definately do a third one! Staff is very nice and helpful. The Caroni Swamp is a wonderful experience especially for birdwatchers and also those like me who would enjoy a nice boat trip and nature scenery. Second time I came by end of january and saw plenty if scarlet ibis and flamingos! Kudos to Judy and Mitch for the nice trip! Exceptional service.
