Our tour guide was very friendly and informative. We had a very large group ~24 which is too large for a walking tour with no audio and with moderate hills and steps to climb. The guide spent a lot of time waiting for people to catch up It would have been much more enjoyable with a smaller group. IF possible see if they offer truly small group e.g no more than 8-10 to get the most out of the experience
