2.00We were very disappointed in this tour! My kids were expecting to hear about both Marvel and DC comics. Yet the guide focused almost entirely on DC comics and original Superman’s. Stuff from 1930s-1940 and lots and lots of comic book topics. He kept switching topics mid-sentence and was hard to follow, both speech and physically. At one point he had stopped us to talk about Betty Bop. We were expecting to hear about Marvel as well. The weather was terrible, pouring rain, which can’t be controlled but which added to our unhappiness about the tour.

5.00The superhero tour was fabulous! Our guide Vince was very knowledgeable and great with our boys 10 and 12. I would highly recommend this tour as a fun way to see New York by foot.

5.00Seth was very knowledgeable on all things New York, building architecture and a plethora of superhero artifacts. He was also great with our kids and flexible to accommodating their needs. They really got to see New York and it's iconic tourist spots the way they could consume the information and quickly relate. What a great tour!

5.00Outstanding- Justin’s knowledge was very impressive. This was one of our highlights - our son is a massive Spider-Man fan so was excited to see many of the film locations. Can’t rate this highly enough. Be prepared to do a fair bit of walking - worth the effort.
They have minimum guest requirements; Customer service lacking too.

2.00About two hours before the tour, my phone and before I could answer it, it went straight to voicemail. I saw it was a local number, I listened to the voicemail which was 10 seconds of silence. Anyway I reached the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour start time. 2PM comes and no one is there, other guests and no tour guide. At 2:15PM I call the number on the voucher and it’s the number from earlier in the day. The tour operator said they won’t do a tour with low numbers (meaning just me) and offered another time but by then I no longer available. I was given a refund. If they had called back and left another voicemail or spoken to me, I could’ve not wasted my time. How was the tour itself? Don’t know. I cannot recommend it. Customer service and follow through skills need work though.
