Eilean Donan Castle
Our first stop is at the iconic Eilean Donan Castle. This castle is instantly recognisable the world-over as it has featured in many films and innumerable Scottish souvenirs! We will stop at our favourite vantage point here to enable you to take some photos and admire the majestic beauty of this iconic sight in its wonderful coastal location. Please note that there will NOT be an opportunity to visit the castle.
Portree
Upon arrival in Portree your guide will point you in the direction of the harbour viewpoint; from here you can admire the pretty pastel-coloured houses that the town is famous for. With its quirky shops, cute cafes, picturesque location and interesting sights you will certainly find plenty to occupy you during our 45 minute stop here. This will be your opportunity to purchase lunch from one of the town's bakeries or yummy takeaways.

The tour was great, and Tim, the guide, was great; however, the bus was extremely uncomfortable. By the end of the tour, my body hurt more from the extremely small seats on the bus. There was barely room for two people to sit beside each other, and minimal leg room. I'm 6ft tall, and I know I will have bruises on my knees from being smashed into that terrible seat for hours. For context, I’m an average-sized 6 ft 190 lbs.

The route was very well organised, allowing us to see the highlights of the Isle of Skye without feeling rushed. Our guide, Gordon, was exceptional—kind, humorous, well-informed, and very eloquent. He added several touches of local flavour, from stories and history to small stops we would have otherwise missed, which created a very pleasant and informative experience. Highly recommended.

When we first got to the meeting place, we were skeptical. We didn't know what we were looking for in the transportation. Our drive, Mr. fabulous, showed up and things began to look up. This ended up being a great tour. We are glad we picked this company for our tour. They are small and did and fantastic job. Our drive was a great story teller and made the tour fun. Listening to him was enjoyable, because he left you hanging for the next part. LOL! We drove every where in Scotland, but we are thankful we didn't have to drive to the Highlands. He was a great driver and I would recommend this tour. It was worth the money.
