5.00What a brilliant tour! We saw several prior visitors mention taking this tour early so booked it for our first morning in town. It was early enough to still be pleasant in the August heat. We visited 4 or 5 places… I struggle to remember given all the food we enjoyed. This is not a cookie cutter tour and our guide made interesting additions about Maltese and Valletta history, culture, and life, making this a stomach stuffing all round enjoyable tour. I couldn’t recommend more!

She has such a vast knowledge of Malta and is charming and energetic; she was quick to help us with changing plans and even made suggestions as to how best to utilize our limited time. The food was delicious as well. Overall a delightful experience!

5.00This was our favorite excursion. We regret not having done this on our second day in Valletta rather than our next to the last. Hngile, our guide was extremely knowledgeable in so many areas. We got Maltese food, cooking tips to make some of the dishes, a city walking tour with a history of Valletta, language and cultural influences. It was worth every penny we spent on this excursion! Hngile is also personable and has delved into the history of Valletta and presents interesting and exciting tidbits of information. And the food! Well … it was excellent and plenty of it! You must book this tour with Hngile!

5.00We should have done this tour first during our Valletta stay! Angele was a terrific guide and told us and showed us so much more about Valletta and Malta than just being on a food tour. The food was wonderful and the history behind the food and the language was fascinating. Worth every penny!

5.00We had Nadine as a tour guide. She was very pleasant and informative. We had pastries then sandwiches then the best ravioli and my husband ate the rabbit and loved it. Followed by a delicious dessert and cappuccinos. I highly recommend this tour!

5.00The Host, Angel was wonderful and all the food we tried was amazing. We tried to finish it all as best we could but left a little bit. The tuna sandwich on the sourdough was really delicious and the rabbit and ravioli were so good. She shared a lot of history with us as we walked through Valletta and made the tour so much more interesting. Highly recommend!

5.00Marisa was a wealth of knowledge! We had such an amazing time on our food tour. We enjoyed seeing a day of food for a Maltese as well as the vast history of the area. She also shared additional things we could do with our remaining time on the island. The suggested harbor cruise was a fantastic way to end our day. Marisa helped us fall in love with Valletta!
