This tour was incredible. So informative about the history of St. Nicholas and Aruba. The art was amazing and the story behind it fascinating. I live the beach and the outdoors which is great in Aruba but this really was a high point of my trip. The guide was great but I forget his name. Pretty sure he was from Italy. It’s only a few hours everyone should book this while visiting!

Nico was our tour guide and he was terrific! Filled with so many interesting facts and information about the city of San Nicolas. The artwork is beautiful and insightful. It’s nice to see a different part/ side of the island of Aruba.

Excellent experience!! Our guide, Mr. Leon, a teacher!! It really made us live the place, it gave us information about the history of Aruba and especially San Nicolas. The work they do together with the artists to change the face of that area and that we felt is approached with a lot of originality, social responsibility and each mural, its theme, the argument that each one used to leave a message is very valuable and original. We are very happy with the visit and with the teacher, more than guide we had that day. Thank you so much 😘

I've actually gone on the murals tour 6 times in the past. I bring all my Aruba visitors. It's worth seeing! There are new murals every year, and I love it. You can walk around and look at the murals on your own, but really, go on the tour and have the guides explain the meanings behind them. So worth it!

This was just terrific. I know Aruba very well, but this was an eye-opener into a new world and life of arts in Aruba. Visiting 2 art-galleries in San Nicolaas and even meeting one of the artists who explained about her work. The guide describing the various pieces of art and mentioning the ideas and background for various artists. The same was when we walked around in town exploring the various mural. It was juat so interesting and gave so much more meaning. This is a treasure to the island nation and a great discovery for tourists.

We were so fortunate to book a morning mural tour, definitely our finest experience in Aruba! Our guide, the delightful Nico, picked us up directly from our villa and we began our tour at the ArtisA Gallery in San Nicolas where we enjoyed vibrant and colorful paintings, mixed media and sculptures represented by local artists. From there we walked short distances (very comfortable walking and standing time, we are 68 years old) taking in the beautiful murals throughout the town. In between seeing the murals we also visited the Space21 gallery representing up-and-coming artists in Aruba. Nico’s expertise and passion for the artists and the community made the entire experience transformative for us. His knowledge of the history, and culture was enlightening and made this tour more enjoyable and meaningful for us. This was an exceptional tour, not to be missed! Sherry and Vito T.

This tour was a lot of fun and we learned a lot about the history of Saint Nicolas and its current revitalization as an arts center. We started in the gallery looking at art by local artists, then went out to walk around the street and learn about many murals and the artists who created them. We hit a second gallery as well that had other local artists represented. It was an interesting and different view of the island. If you don’t have.a car, be aware that it’s far from the tourist area and an expensive cab ride. Definitely book the version of the tour that comes with transportation from where you are staying.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Aruba Experience – Art, Culture & the Perfect Beach Combo If you’re heading to Aruba and want to do something beyond rotating between pool chair and piña colada (no judgment), this tour is an absolute must. We booked the Morning Mural Tour and it ended up being one of the highlights of our entire trip. Nico, our guide, was phenomenal — engaging, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell he genuinely cares about San Nicolas and the mission behind the organization. He doesn’t just point at murals and move on — he shares the stories behind the artists, the symbolism in the work, and how the art movement helped transform the area into a vibrant cultural district. The murals themselves are stunning — bold, colorful, and deeply meaningful. What could easily be “just cool street art” becomes something much more when you understand the history, the community involvement, and the purpose behind it. It truly feels like walking through an open-air gallery with context that makes everything come alive. What makes this tour even better? You can head to Baby Beach afterward. It’s the perfect pairing — start your morning with culture and inspiration, then relax in calm, crystal-clear water for the afternoon. It’s such a great way to balance your Aruba experience with something enriching and beachy. If you’re on the fence, book it. Five stars all the way. This is the kind of experience that makes a vacation feel fuller and more memorable. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very informative , Nico was an excellent guide , we learned lots of culture of Aruba and highly recommend the guided tour as opposed to walking around and looking at them .
