5.00The tour led by Nico was incredibly informative. We viewed new and old murals by artists from around the world and learned the meaning behind the art, as well as about Aruban history and culture. We had seen some of the murals when we visited a few years ago but did not know the hidden meanings and images some of them hold within. Nico expertly explained and showed us. As long-time visitors to Aruba, this tour was a beautiful way to see art and learn about Aruba and its people. It’s also a wonderful way to support the local arts and San Nicolas. Highly recommend it!

5.00What an insightful tour! Our tour guide ( not sure his, but his nickname- The mayor of San Nicolas) gave a wonder tour with information and stories about the various murals we viewed. He is full of knowledge with a hit of comedian. My family and I enjoyed ourselves and appreciate the recommendation to Oniels Restaurant (Caribbean cuisine) located across the street from our starting point, Artista Art Gallery.

5.00The mural tour was the only thing I wanted to do in Aruba other than relax on the beach and I wasn't disappointed. Nico was a great tour guide, knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and he did a great job explaining the symbolism incorporated into the gorgeous murals. There is so much underlying context in the murals that you would never get from a causal glance. We learned the history of San Nicolas and the cultural revitalization being done through the mural festival, mural tours, and art galleries and classes. Fantastic tour!

5.00Tito Bolivar (https://artisaruba.com/about-us/) and his team were fantastic. They exceeded our expectations. We appreciated their knowledge of San Nicolas' history and its art. We enjoyed all art forms displayed including the fashion. I bought a sun dress by Alejandra Vallejo Designs (https://artfashionaruba.com/) and have gotten many favorable comments. We are planning on going back to Aruba soon!
