Magnificent and unforgettable trip, glad to have experienced it with seasoned guide Dhargyal, happy go lucky driver Lhakpa and making new friends with my fellow international travel companions. We were so lucky with the weather too. Highlights are witnessing the sunset of Mt. Everest in golden sun raylights and being in awe of it's beauty, and viewing Potala Palace from up close and afar, going up the stairs and going through the rooms of the Dalai Lama's.

From start to finish, everything was exceptionally well-organised- thanks to the wonderful team who looked after us! Our travel agent, Sara Zhou, was incredibly professional, responsive, and patient throughout the planning process. Our guide Kalsang (Teri) was knowledgeable, kind, and always attentive to our needs making us feel instantly welcome. He gave us real insights into Tibetan culture making every stop meaningful. Last but not least, our driver Nawang deserves special thanks for his calm, safe driving on some very challenging roads — thanks for always making us feel completely at ease. Overall, the trip was well-paced and great value for money, with excellent hotels throughout. To also say that the agency was very flexible in our requests and happy to make changes to accommodate our needs/preferences. Thank you, Sara, Kalsang, and Nawang, for making this incredible journey so seamless and special! Planning to take my mum next year too so hopefully I'll see the whole team again soon :)

Tibet Vista, is a fantastic company to organise your trip to Tibet. This is my 2nd trip with them, they are completely professional in their approach in our itinerary. We had to change some dates and sites while we were travelling, Laura Tang from the Chengdu office worked on moving our itinerary around and always came up with a solution. The vehicles are all in good condition and the guides have a good understanding to what the group or individuals need while travelling at high altitude. The guides had a good command of the English language and was very knowledgeable of Tibetan culture. All hotels were clean and comfortable, serving good breakfast and evening meals.

One of my biggest dream was to visit Tibet, and I am so glad I did. My tour guide Lhadup was the best, kind, knowledgable and kept us on time. He’d always made sure we were confortable. It felt like visiting Tibet with a friend. He always told us the schedule for the day and was very accommodating. If you visit Tibet, please ask for him, you wont regret it.

My husband and I recently finished this tour. We would like to thank our tour guide and driver who provided excellent service to ensure that we had a safe and joyble experience. We're extremely impressed by the knowledge shared by our tour guide Kalsang Dorjee. We learned so much about Tibetan culture from him and his English was excellent by the way. We truly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend it to everyone!

Tibet is a place that the Japanese long to see. Many of you may be interested in Tibetan Buddhism or the Potala Palace, but if you have come all the way to Tibet, I recommend you to join this tour. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it to Everest base camp because of the weather, but the views of the plateaus above 4,000m and the towering mountains are so beautiful that it's hard to describe them in words. Temples outside Lhasa also have a different flavor. Personally, I preferred the Tharsimpo temple in the city of Sigatse to Potala Palace. I know some of you are worried about infrastructure, security and comfort, but there was no complaint at all. Everywhere there is a signal, water and electricity are provided. The hotel was undisputedly comfortable. The tour guides are humorous and flexible, answer questions from a variety of angles and are somewhat flexible. He was a very reliable guide and I was able to participate in the trip with peace of mind. If you are wondering about going to Tibet, please join this tour. I'm sure it will be a lifetime memory.

Our guide Ga Rong & driver Champa have been great, we became friends at the end of the tour. They were attentive to our many queries, knowledgeable in sharing their Tibetan culture etc. Though due to weather we weren't able to enter Chomolungma national Park, Everest playing hard to get is the universe way telling us to come back. InsyaAllah.

The tour agent Liam was very professional and was great at answering questions and catering the trip from the get-go . Just as a heads up, you can ask to upgrade your hotel as I did and it was a fantastic experience. He actual tour guide Kelsang Is such a kind and considerate man. He was a great guide with a lot of knowledge, patience and really went out of his way to make the guests feel comfortable. As an FYI, this trip is not for the faint of heart. The altitude is high in lhasa and gets even higher in the base camp. As I mentioned, you can ask for an upgrade and if you stay in the hotel at the base camp instead of the 'tents' which in themselves are not tense. They are separate rooms but regardless in the hotel you get oxygen and your own private toilet. A lot of my group was unaware that I was continuing on to Bhutan which was organized by the same tour operator. So something to consider is they can cater to your travel needs.
