Starting point Dokk1 at Aarhus Harbour where our guide will meet you with Aarhus City guide sign. Enjoy the tour in a mini group with up to10 guests. It allows personal dialogue with a guide and all your questions on the way to be answered. Walking tour goes through the old cobbled streets and we suggest you to wear comfortable shoes. Plenty of picture tempting locations, so charge your camera well. On tour you get to hear stories from the viking age, middle age, renaissance and up to 19 century, 1974 and get a glimpse of the future that Aarhus has in vision. Admission tickets and guided walking tour included. Food and drinks, transportation excluded.

A slow start to a wonderful tour

We had a great tour with Marina! The group did have a little trouble finding the correct meeting place staircase at DOKK1, but we finally did meet up. There are 3 staircases around the building- go to the one that directly faces the Main Street. It is the middle of the 3. Loved learning about the Danes and their heritage. I would highly recommend this tour!

Marina is the perfect tour guide. This was our first time visiting Aarhus and we knew nothing about the city. We had wished to get as much an experience as we possibly could in the few hours that we were visiting. Marina made that wish come true. She was extremely enthusiastic about sharing all of her knowledge as she also lives there. Every place we went to was incredible. Our agenda was very flexible. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. It felt like having your best friend tour you around the city. We had an amazing time with her. I highly recommend this tour. **One special note. Her dropdown with the availability of her time, does not include every time that she's available. So please contact her through the site to ask her if she is available at the time that your ship comes in. You will be thrilled and very lucky if she's available to show you around her city. She is correct, 5 hours with her just flies by. Thanks so much Marina!!!!

What a wonderful excursion. Advertised as small group into 10. We were the only two on the tour. Marina was phenomenal . She was knowledgeable, engaging and couldn’t have been a better guide. Avoid the cruise ship walking yours with 25/30 people. She let us spend as much time or direct our interests.
