I do postcards with my drawings and budget tours to top attractions and hidden gems of Pridnestrovie. Transfer from Chishinau or start in Tiraspol. Honestly, I can’t make Maldives of my country, because it is not Maldives. But i can make an unforgettable journey through all contrasts of what it really is - beautiful panoramas and impressive soviet relics, curious history and nowadays life in the country that doesn't exist, combining classic walk with forays for true explorers and adventurers.

Tour takes ~ 2,5 hours. It is not Stalinism, we are very volatile where to go and what to do, but default route covers must-see USSR era and modern bits of Tiraspol, plus my favorite nooks and crannies that I discovered doing my sketches. The trip won’t be exhausting, not boring at all, we will have time to talk about all peculiarities of past and present of Transnistria, real name is Pridnestrovie ☭

You won’t be meeting a guide, you will be meeting a friend!

  • Amazing individual tour

Anton is an amazing, local person who will tell you more about the ordinary life of the people there. With a sense of humor and a funny look at the situation, you will understand more about this "non-existent" country. I highly recommend, it's more that he organizes tours with your preferences, not like a travel agency.

  • A Guide Who Became a Friend and Made Me Want to Come Back

I want to start with the only honest place this story can begin. I already want to go back to Tiraspol. I want to visit Anton again. What started as a guided tour quickly became something much more human and much more memorable. I am deeply grateful for everything he did for us and for the way he welcomed us into his city as if we already belonged there. Our day started early at eight in the morning when Dima picked us up at the hostel in his car. We paid ten euros for the ride and it was worth every cent. I have never met someone who drove with such calm confidence. From the very first minutes you could tell you were in safe hands. On the way to Tiraspol he took us through his personal route of mosaics scattered along the road. We stopped at a small cozy place to eat cheese plăcintăs and talk. It was one of those simple moments that stays with you. No rush just conversation and warmth. In Bender the gateway city to Pridnestrovie we visited statues the fortress memorials and corners filled with history. Through our conversations with Dima the places felt alive instead of static. He was genuinely kind warm and generous with his time and stories. At the end we each gave him an extra five euros as a tip because his care and presence throughout the day truly deserved it. We arrived in Tiraspol around one in the afternoon where Anton welcomed us with open arms. The first thing we did was take an epic photo in front of the Lenin bust and Anton casually approached a stranger to take the picture. That moment alone says a lot about him. He is naturally social open and comfortable with people. His English is perfect but more importantly he is a natural bridge between visitors and locals. Thanks to him me my friend Manuel and Andrej who joined us on the trip were able to truly talk with people. Not just listen but exchange stories ask questions and understand daily life history and perspectives directly from those who live there. We ate in a Soviet canteen where the food was surprisingly good. We watched a film together and then simply walked around the city letting it unfold naturally. And here is where something important needs to be said clearly. First it is not Transnistria it is Pridnestrovie. Second this region is not a Soviet theme park. It is a real place where people live work worry dream and build their lives. Third forget the internet myths. People are not made of plastic and there are no plastic coins. What Anton does brilliantly is show you the real city including hidden places while always reminding you to be respectful. Some places are not for photos because at the end of the day they are someone’s home. This is not a tour where someone points and recites facts. It is not a checklist of monuments. It feels like hanging out with a friend who genuinely wants you to understand his city and its people. You are invited to observe listen and participate. You need to come with an open mind and a real curiosity for other cultures and lives. We left around seven in the evening by marshrutka a small local minibus and honestly that was the hardest part of the day. I truly wish we had stayed longer. If time had allowed it I would have slept there without hesitation. At the end of the day each of us tipped Anton ten euros because the tour was more than worth it. My only regret is not giving more. Not because it wasn’t enough but because if I had more money I would have gladly given it. If I had stayed longer I probably would have gone broke but happy. I truly hope I can come back very very soon. Anton you made me want to return not just to Pridnestrovie but to you. And that says everything.

  • Authentic, true experience

Pridnestrovie exists, Anton exists, that's the truth you might hear on this atypical tour. Don't expect the usual explanations of monuments and buildings, Anton will try to make you understand what it's like to live in an unrecognized country, how this impacts everyday life, all while visiting the streets of the country (you may be lucky enough to talk to some locals as well). Such an experience will catapult you back 50 years!

Anton is not just the guide you can book for visiting the PMR, this man is becoming your friend while doing it. No sightseeing stop after stop, but individual tours suited for YOU!!As I told him already, this trip was life changing and Anton contributed to this state with all of his passion, knowledge and humor. This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience and will probably never to be forgotten by me. With best regards from Germany, Johannes and Reto.

Don't expect a regular historical tour if you get in contact with Anton! This was my second time in Pridnestrovie and Anton managed to show us new and unique things that we would never have found on the map ourselves. It's not a tour, but a real experience, through him you can interact with the locals and get a hint about what life is really like in Tiraspol. He's going to give you his invaluable perspective and challenge your pre conceptions about the country, which is the essence of travelling. So get ready to be surprised!

If you' want more than just the usual hype, this anti-tour was an absolute gem. I got to see the city through a local perspective that goes way beyond those sensational videos you find online. It’s like uncovering a hidden corner of the world with a bit of that Che Guevara rebel vibe.
