I wasn’t overly impressed with the museum. The layout was not conducive to crowds. Small lettering on the walls, so you have to get close to read it yet there’s a crowd of people wanting to do the same thing…frustrating. Did appreciate the history of Belfast manufacturing period, pre-Titanic.

Very good museum. We paid for the anytime ticket (the cheaper fixed time tickets had sold out) at £39 each online. We chose not to use the audio guide. Enjoyed the interactive journey across the floors, learning how the Titanic was made (including a cool cable car experience), seeing how the ship looked (a good mix of written information, exhibits and illustrative screens) and finding out more about the passengers' fate. As it was Saturday with a cruise in town, there was some waiting involved. At the cafe, we requested some drinks and sat down until called. When our order was called by a staff member and I went over to the counter, I noticed a customer using their receipt as evidence of payment. When I mentioned to the staff member that I didn't have a receipt, she stared and simply repeated the order in a loud voice, which seemed a bit brusque, considering how much you pay here. Still, the place was very busy and perhaps they are rushed off their feet. All the other staff we met were helpful and friendly.

Titanic Museum was too loud too expensive and over crowded no control so disappointing since this was our primary reason for visiting Belfast.

Visiting the Titanic Belfast was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in my life. Learning about the history of the Titanic and seeing what the ship would have looked like on the inside was absolutely breathtaking. The exhibition was incredibly well done and immersive from start to finish. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Belfast.

Arrived with 2 children( 9 and 11) not long after 9.30. Building externally is impressive. Our timing was fortunate as no crowds..easy to move around.Well displayed gift shop which is expensive but no compunction to buy, friendly smiley staff.Tour starts up the stairs and life in Belfast is put into context with a walk through historical detail...wordy but visuals good .The recreation of the cabins is superb and from there you walk towards the ride.No queue ,children fully absorbed and so easy to imagine how hard life was for those working on the building of this ship.3 million rivets used was a detail I will recall for years. Displays are beautifully laid out...as you near the end past the sobering list of those who did not survive you descend into final gallery...amazing.Recreation of the Titanic suspended over the current state of the ship ..films played onto the walls all around.Spent a long time in there...so sad to realise how many hoping to cross the Atlantic to a new life...never made it.Well worth a visit and would go back again in a heartbeat.

Unfortunately this was not for us. The crowds made it tough to see much. Most of the exhibits were digital screens. Would be tough for children as it was for us as adults.
