Very friendly staff, me and my wife stopped by with a friend. Very fair pricing and locally sourced wood, we each worked on a stick and had a good time, took about 40 minutes but the friendly staff had plenty to chat about especially Local spots around town we should visit. 10/10 would chopstick again :D

We were walking to Shibuya crossing and came across this great experience. We were greeted by the amazing crew and very quickly got to work on our very own personalized chop sticks. We were able to pick our own locally sourced wood with several very cool options available. The guys were very helpful through the whole process and made sure our chopsticks came out perfectly. Highly recommended and had such a great time making a one of a kind souvenir!

We had such a good time doing this. Honestly one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. Being able to make our own chopsticks was such a unique and memorable experience, and it’s something we’ll actually take home and keep forever. The shop is in the perfect location, literally just a couple minutes from Shibuya Crossing, so it was super easy to fit into our day. We were already exploring the area and just walked straight over. The whole experience felt really authentic and hands-on. The owner was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful the entire time, especially when we had no idea what we were doing at first. They made it fun and relaxed, not rushed at all. It’s such a cool activity to do with friends, something different from the usual shopping or sightseeing. We were all laughing the whole time and ended up with chopsticks that actually looked pretty good. I would 100% recommend this to anyone visiting Tokyo. Next time I come back, I’ll definitely be doing it again and making a different pair. Such a fun and memorable experience.

I had a really great surprise! Me and my family had a great time here. The host just invited us to come inside. Going in I was a bit skeptical, but when I entered the shop i was relieved. The staff was extremely friendly and talkative, they shared stories and even restaurant suggestions, but most importantly they were really helpful during the ,,workshop”, that really felt more like spending time with friends and doing something relaxing. There were plenty types of wood that you could chose from, which all had different durability’s, difficulty’s and aromas. They take you trough choosing the wood, giving it a rough shape, sanding it and oiling it so it turns a beautiful color. You can even engrave them. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re just traveling or if you’re a local. If you’re in Shibuya this isn’t a place to miss! (I didn’t take many pictures, but that’s just another reason for you to go see for yourself)
