I had an absolutely incredible time at the Tsukiji Sushi Making Class! A huge thank you to AJ and MASA for such an unforgettable experience. This isn't just another generic activity, it is a true local tour. They didn't just teach us how to sushi—they deeply explained the rich food culture of the Tsukiji Market and the authentic techniques behind sushi making. Crafting our own beautiful sushi bento box at the end was an absolute highlight! If you want to avoid the usual tourist traps and dive into the real culinary heart of Tokyo, I highly recommend this tour. Thank you so much again, AJ and MASA! You guys are the best!

Local family with over hundred years of history put together a genuine tour of the market and a sushi bento making class. Our family really enjoy the tour which included “insider” perspective and many stands were friends and family. Tour ended with a great sushi making class where we learned how to make sushi and a toro cut roll. Great experience and was a great lunch that we got to make. This is clearly not a tourist trap. We highly recommended.

Very fun and chill experience. AJ and Masa were very informative and great teachers! Got to try real wasabi and had a very yummy and rewarding lunch. Recommend if you’re looking for a quick lesson on sushi and brief into to Tsukiji market. All ingredients were sourced from the market which was a nice touch.

It was my first time to make sushi and I really enjoyed it. The staffs were all kind and the explanation was also easy to understand for foreigners. On top of it, the sushi bento was so delicious. It’s great that i can enjoy sushi of this quality and this experience at this price.

I had an absolutely amazing time on this tour! Our guide, AJ, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and energetic. The day started with a fascinating walking tour of the Tsukiji Outer Market, where AJ shared interesting facts about Japanese food culture and the local ingredients. After the market, we moved on to the hands-on sushi-making experience. AJ was an excellent instructor—patient, encouraging, and highly skilled. He broke down the techniques for shaping the rice and placing the fish so that even complete beginners could follow along perfectly. The sushi we made tasted phenomenal, and the whole atmosphere was so much fun. If you are looking for an authentic and memorable food experience in Tokyo, I highly recommend booking this tour. Thank you, AJ, for a fantastic day!
