Try to arrive at the carpark 15mins before your booked departure shuttle time. Have you booking ready on your phone or by hard copy to show our check-in staff. Book and pay online. Full instructions will be emailed with your booking order and 3 reminder emails will be sent 7 days, 3 days and 12 hrs in advance of your booked date. Arrive at the carpark at least 15mins before your shuttle departure time. You will be greeted by the staff. They will show you where to park and they will point out where the shuttles pick you up. Upon parking and collecting your gear, make your way to the shuttle pick-up point. Your transport vehicles "load and go" as soon as they are full. Your drivers will greet you at the loading bay and provide a safety briefing before you depart. Be prepared to complete a client register form on the shuttle vehicle, you will need to know your vehicle registration plate number and provide the cellphone number you are carrying on the hike for this register.
