Ask your hotel staff where to go for the lift. The goe point provided by the tour operator was on the top of the mountain - your ultimate destination rather than the starting point! Plus, all detail was sent in German and did not provide a language transition

The Top of Innsbruck cable car experience is a DEFINITE must for anyone staying a day or two in Innsbruck, Austria. The views are breathtaking and you really are on the very top of Innsbruck. The starting point was easy to find and all parts of the ride were smooth. For how much time you can spend at the top, the price of the ticket is a deal!!

So easy to scan our tickets at each station. No waiting in lines to purchase tickets. Views are incredible at each level. Definitely time well spent.

The funicular and cable cars are extremely impressive. I liked having the option to cancel the ticket if the weather wasn’t good enough. There are good facilities at all locations. It gets busy so there may be a small wait, especially if you’re keen to have one of the few seats.
