Depart for Masai Mara at 7.00 am (Pick up point- Nairobi Hotel) with a Stopover at Rift valley view point & Narok. Arrive at the Camp/Lodge in the afternoon check in for Lunch. In the evening 4pm we take our first thrilling game drive in the Masai Mara game reserve, one of East Africa’s top safari destinations. The team returns to lodge late in the evening just in time for dinner you can have to enjoy bonfire as you listen to some interesting Maasai stories

Masai Mara National Reserve
This day will be spent game viewing in Kenya’s finest wildlife park, the Masai Mara National Reserve. Our full days’ game drives take us in search of Africa’s Big Five and the plethora of other wildlife inhabiting this vast Kenyan game reserve. Wherever you go in the vast Masai Mara you will see a frequent amount of wildlife such as Masai giraffe, baboons, warthogs, bat eared foxes, grey jackals, spotted hyena, Topis, impala, hartebeests, wildebeest. Elephants, buffaloes, zebras and hippos are also found in great numbers. It is also common to see lions either basking after a heavy meal, or surveying the plains for their next meal. Cheetahs and leopards are harder to spot, but reasonably common.

5.00The safari to Masai Mara was one of the best that I've had in a long time, it was long overdue. I chose to travel at the beginning of the New Year since I didn't want to travel when everyone else was doing so. I honestly enjoyed the entire experience, no crowding so you get to experience nature at its finest. I also give a big thank you to Sola Safari Travels for organizing my itinerary, my driver Ken is one hell of a guide. I felt at home the full safari. Will definitely book a visit the coast with Sola when I return to Kenya. I travelled solo btw.

5.00This review should have popped up a while ago, since I traveled with Sola Safaris sometime back. I honestly had an amazing time in Kenya being my first safari. I wanted to travel with a reputable safari company based off of their previous work. I came across Sola Safaris from social media, contacted them and Linsel was very prompt in responding to my inquiry at times during wee hours of the night. We traveled as a family with young kids, they had their best time. Ken our guide was very friendly and handled the boys with ease, they keep on asking when is Kenny going to be visiting, haha. The accommodation was perfect and meals were well served. A 10/10 safari experience.

5.00This is a delayed review, traveled with Sola Safari Travels in September and I want to highlight how eventful the safari was. The itinerary and general reception was commendable. The team was prompt in responding to emails and very professional. We went on the 6 day safari, which was nothing short of perfect. The weather was conducive the entire time, my family and I really had a great time in Kenya. A big thanks to Sola Safari for the amazing experience.

5.00I have to thank the entire tam at Sola Safaris for properly handling me since I was a solo traveler getting to experience my first safari. From the first enquiry the response was extremely fast, Linsel was so warm and professional. He planned the perfect itinerary for me. I visited Masai mara and got to experience the wildebeest migration which was so breathtaking. The driver guide was very kind and informative keeping me updated on what was happening. I had the best first solo safari, highly recommend.

5.00The trip was amazing, relaxing and so much fun. Sola Safari Travels organised the ideal safari for my family and I, they were responsive and their service was flawless. Thanks to Silas who helped us curate the perfect itinerary. Masai Mara was amazing, we saw a lot of animals, mostly big 5 and the scenery was just marvelous. Our tour guide Ken was knowledgeable, made the safari great. The accommodation was nice, staff were kind, food was sumptuous and the views amazing.

We visited Kenya early this year and we were looking for a company that could help us in our safaris, we found Sola Safaris after going through all the great reviews so we decided to book with them. This was the best decision, we had a private safari in Amboseli, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara.. Linsel a tour expert from Sola and Mark the driver have a lot of experience, we saw the big 5 and had many experiences that we will keep forever. Hope to see you soon when we travel back to Africa
